My family and I spent a wonderful 4 night here. It was clean to look at but there were a few minor issues with cleanliness but nothing I couldn't clean up myself and it really didn't effect our getaway. All in all it was a beautiful lodge, the hot tub was lovely with a lovely view of the lake and the fountains looked even more beautiful at night lit up. There are no fish in the lake which the lodge is overlooking but there is a carp pond/lake probably 2 mins walk from the lodge and my husband and children loved it there and had some good fish out of it.

We had a fantastic stay , the caravan has everything and more, the coffee machine and all the little extras is an amazing touch ,hot tub is obviously the highlight of the weekend, the gazebo was perfect for a chilly evening, would definitely be coming back. Thank you 😊

Great mini escape for 2 nights, situated on a lovely site. The reception area was great, friendly staff sharing the information for the site. The lodge was lovely, clean, tidy and the hot tub perfect. The hot tub was checked each morning. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Eden lodge! The lodge was very spacious and exactly as described! We had some little food goodies left for us on our arrival, which I thought was such a lovely touch! The lodge has everything you need, even down to some board games, that we also made use of! We loved the hot tub on an evening. The place is so peaceful and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained! We loved the daily visits from the ducks! We had coffee and cake at the Spotted Duck on site, and OMG that was the best cheesecake I've ever had, and even better, the portion size for 1, was more like for 2 people! Janes communication was fantastic throughout, check in and out was very smooth and hassle free. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The lodge itself is the very clean and well decorated and equipped. Really nice to stay in a great property with our dog, from our experiences this is rare! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting that tranquil time away. Thank you ❤️

Beautiful little lodge, so so homely and peaceful!! Loved the wood fired hot tub and then coming in to light the log burner! Lovely little area with lovely walks nearby and not far to the beaches etc!! Would highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this lodge—it was peaceful, fully equipped, and had a lovely homely feel. The hot tub was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing! The only downside was the mattress, which felt a bit too springy for my liking. But overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d absolutely recommend it. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The most beautiful stay! The premises were spacious, clean teamed with the most incredible views! The host was very responsive and let us check in early. Lovely canal and walk within a minute of where the lodge is. Very quiet and peaceful at night - we slept so well. The only downside was we enjoyed it so much, we tried to book a last minute extra night and it was fully booked! Would definitely recommend to anyone, you will not beat the price for what you get.

We had a lovely stay at Vanessa's caravan. Lovely welcome note and basket of treats to welcome us - the kids were so excited! The bedding was warm and beds were comfortable. Vanessa was really helpful and responsive to messages. She even kindly posted something we had left behind back to our home city. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Had a really lovely eater wknd. The lodge was spacious light and airy, the decor was really nice, and very clean. We had a very comfortable peaceful stay. The lodge was only a short walk to the main complex, & was really easy to access all the entertainment without having to book 1st which we found alot easier with the kids

Our stay was absolutely amazing . the caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you need. also quite a comfy bed which is quite surprising. all bedding was clean. 5 minutes to shops and to activities. and host was very responsive if you need any help . would definitely stay again 🙂

Just what we needed - and more. A local base to bed-down whilst visiting family nearby - without getting under their feet too much. All clean, tidy and cosy. Kate was super-welcoming - showing us to the door and checking we could operate the heating, etc. A lovely setting, right on the waterfront. A handy location for the new Vermuyden Way parkrun which has recently started in Belton/Sandtoft.

This is a very comfortable chalet: lovely decking area into well secluded mature garden, cosy and welcoming living/dining room, great to relax in, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, well appointed bathroom with shower and loads of hot water. There is also a boot room for when you come in off the beach which is just a few minutes away. We regularly come to the ‘Humberston Fitties’ and this is a great example. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the front decking area which is a real sun trap! It’s in a quiet area, very restful and a chalet built to chill out in! Carol is an excellent host, clear and timely communications and everything worked as she described. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay, everything was as described and we had a wonderful time. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco was the cherry on top. Great location with a great view from the hot tub. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away !

Booked on behalf of my husband and his friend for their 40th birthdays. Francesca was so friendly and helpful on the lead up to the booking, could not have asked for better communication. Both guests enjoyed their stay. The lodge was homely and had everything they needed. The location was peaceful, beautiful and absolutely ideal for 2 nights of fishing. Wow, what can I say? This place is an absolute sanctuary. Peaceful location right on the water with views from every window of pure NATURE. Great to wake up to birdsong and the gentle sounds and sights of ducks, geese and swans landing on the water. Living space is warm and comfortable, and tastefully decorated with some amazing independent artwork. Bedrooms were cosy and comfortable and we slept like logs. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. Wifi was fast and stable (important for kids these days :)). Our host Francesca was amazing. Communicative, friendly, helpful and clear. I can see why so many people come again and again. We hope to be able to return at some point in the near future!
