We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

We stayed as a family of 3 during the Easter half term to visit family in Preston. The property was perfectly positioned for us. Local shops and cafe’s nearby were useful, as well as the beach. Inside the property, it has been nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Outside the property was a designated parking space on the driveway which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Tracey's place is lovely. A short walk from the beach and nice restaurants. Tracy's house is very clean and she's a great host. We had a cracking stay for a family holiday

Our stay at Annie's was fantastic. She and Paddy couldn't have been more helpful. The accomodation was all we had hoped it would be - loads of character, very well equiped, and very comfortable. We are hoping to return later in the year as it is an excellent base from which to explore the area and we loved it.

Absolutely amazing house - best we have ever stayed in - there was not one detail that hadn’t been thought about - we didn’t need to bring a lot of stuff which we normally do. The house was extremely clean and tidy, stylish, great art and the general feeling of homely and comfy. The bed was very comfy and we both slept very well. All in all we had a great stay - location is great - we didn’t need to use our car due to walks with our dog on the doorstop. This has definately set the bar for us.

A superb location and a great place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and only a few steps away from food shops. David was very helpful and friendly and we would happily return for another holiday.

Great few days in one of the lodges. The place was warm and cosy (even in January!). Lovely grounds and opportunity for walks. Freedom for dogs to run around. Pool was a highlight, heated appropriately so one could enjoy the swim. Hot tub and sauna were also great. Thank you!

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Great 5 star place and location The only recommendation would be to change the Matress in the twin small bedroom as they are not in good condition I defo recommend this air bnb location We might come back in the future Thankyou Jasdeep

I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

As usual we had another lovely time staying in Hazels caravan. Always clean..always well kept..always very helpful. We cant recommend Hazels caravan enough its perfect! Many thanks again!

WOW! What a fabulous bungalow and location. 4 of us and a dog stayed for a few days in April. The location is stunning, just minutes’ walk from Seaton Hole beach and the fabulous Jurassic Bites café and a short, spectacular wander from the beautiful town of Beer. The bungalow itself has everything you could wish for, including a walled/fenced garden that kept my dog happy and provided us with incredible sea views and garden seating. Louise is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The fresh scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thanks so much for sharing your bungalow.

Throughly enjoyed our long weekend at Leroy’s place. Great location, easy check-in and had everything we needed. Will be returning in the not so distant future

We had such a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—maybe even better in person. The host was kind and responsive. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at peters place for 4 nights with two children. We felt right at home straight away. The place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The price was described exactly right and it was amazing to arrive in the evening with all the deer right at the top of the path. Beds were comfy and had a great shower. The woods and river at the back were an amazing walk and would highly recommend to spend time exploring. The kids absolutely loved the river and exploring the waters edge . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to stay again hopefully next year for longer because there is so much more of the woods we did not have the time to explore. For nature lovers this place is a must and is close to some of Devon’s beautiful rivers and around 20-30 mins to the coast line. Peter was friendly and informative when we spoke and left us to enjoy his lovely home and Netflix was a super bonus for us and the kids.

Oh wow!!! Right from the start Lenny communicated with us straight away. Always a fast and friendly response to any questions we had. Really clear directions for when we were close and helpful instructions for when we arrived. On our arrival the place was absolutely spotless, I mean spotless!! It has a very homely and comfy feel. Lenny kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed, if not to just let her know. We didn't need anything as everything you could think of was catered for, all the kitchen supply's were available, all cooking equipment, towels, iron, tea towels. It had all the things you need, even down to a sewing kit!! The sitting room had a sofa bed and was spacious and comfy. The bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud, so soft, squishy and cosy. The hottub was amazing and the shower had good pressure. It was just a home from home place. The location was excellent the beach is very close and all supermarkets within 5-7 min drive. We really loved it, ty 🥰

We stayed here for a wedding at the nearby fort. Fabulous location. Very clean. Clear instructions- Stacey was very responsive. Lovely clean cabin with the most amazing views. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful cottage. It’s spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Vanessa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience and are already planning our next visit!

Second time we have stayed here and was even better than last time. Greeted with freshly baked goods which is a lovely touch. The place is fabulous with amazing views.
