Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

Wir waren eine Woche im AirBnB von Stuart und Alison. Einfach alles absolut traumhaft. Man wacht auf mit der Morgensonne und kann auf der Terrasse gemütlich mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten. Am Pier hat man die Möglichkeit zu essen, sich in den Arcades zu beschäftigen oder einfach einen schönen Strand Spaziergang zu machen. In acht Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in der Stadt von paignton. Die Lage ist also absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn es mal regnet findet man im ersten Stock ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und im Lagerraum genug Gemeinschaftsspiele um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Alles in allem waren wir hier überaus glücklich und sehr zufrieden mit allen angeboten. Und wenn man mal eine Frage hat erreicht man Stuart direkt und er antwortet auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Stuart und Alison für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir behalten euch definitiv in Erinnerung. Viele liebe Grüße und eine gute Zeit wünschen wir den beiden. 🥰

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

A superb location and a great place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and only a few steps away from food shops. David was very helpful and friendly and we would happily return for another holiday.

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

Great host, extremely responsive and attentive. Lovely place, very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful setting. Gets loads of sun innthe afternoon and evening. While Dartmouth is in shade. A massive positive. Loved being sat in the tv room or outside on an evening enjoying the view.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Adam was incredibly helpful, and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

We had a great stay in a really well appointed apartment in a good spot in town. It was so easy to arrive, park, find our way in and work out important things like the heating. The space was really clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and there were lots of little touches that showed our host was really considerate and had thought about what would make the stay comfortable. Loads of great info in the welcome folder. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone.

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment, plenty of space for a family of 4 and our dog, Lyme Regis is a really Dog friendly town. Lots to see and do. Fabulous stay and the parking spot makes it even better, the early check was also very kind, many thanks x

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Jill's place is brilliant! I found it spacious and scrupulously clean with really imaginative great quality furnishings.and appliances. The kitchen is excellent and comes with an impressive supply of utensils, cookware etc. The showers are great and the bed comfortable.There's a lovely upstairs TV lounge with 2 balconies great for sitting out.The courtyard on the ground floor is really attractive and well stocked with BBQ equipment etc. I loved the abundance of greenery both inside and out. It's very easy to find (on the A379) and doesn't involve negotiating any tortuous narrow rroads, thank goodness. Great to have 2 parking spaces. Jill was very quick to respond to a question I had and was extremely helpful regarding arrival/departure times. as well as providing local recommendations. Having stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, I'd say this is the best I have been to so far Thank you so much, Jill. Hope to book again.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

We visited as a family of 4 adults specifically to do some planned walks. The accommodation suited us very well and loved the large kitchen with good facilities as we tend to eat 'at home'. Perfectly situated for the long stay car park and M&S Food Hall and the marina for boat trips to Starcross and Topsham. Excellent facilities within the flat. A very active but relaxing stay with bonus perfect weather every day. Many thanks Sue and family

Jackies place is outstanding, shes thought of everything. We took my mum whos 92 with mobility issues it was perfect for her. Could easily get wheelchair through the house. Parking, a huge bonus and patio area. Easy level walk to town 10 mins and to seafront in minutes. We will be rebooking. Scones/cream milk on arrival thank you Jackie.

Great place for a visit to Exmouth. Clean snd tidy. Centrally located and walkable to most areas including railway station. Good broadband connection. Garage is useful but only fits up to medium size vehicle.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
