Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two-room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or a small family (additional charges apply after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

You have a private entrance with a keyless self check-in & dedicated parking in front of apartment and your own Hvac system. Centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills , you have a 2 minute walk to the beach, a view of the" Wright Brothers National Memorial" from the living room, and several "locals favorite" restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby.

The Kitchenette has a fridge, dual hot plate, microwave, large sink, washer/dryer, etc. There’s also an outdoor seating area & charcoal grills.

Welcome to The Cabin, our little log cabin at the beach in the Outer Banks. We stumbled on to the cabin and fell in love! Over the course of a year we lived in & renovated this wonderful home. It was our hope to create a space that feels warm, inviting & unique. The final result was a space that we loved sharing with friends and family, and now we are thrilled to be able to share it with our guests. The cottage is only a short 5 minute (3 if you're fast) walk to the beach where there is direct public access and a life guard stand. There is also a parking lot in case you would like to drop off the coolers and chairs. So, all you need to do is Relax and Enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks in this beach-themed, fully equipped cottage. Lots of personal touches and amenities to make you feel right at home.

Sundune Surf: Steps to the beach with views & pool

This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Beach Front Condo Pools and Hot Tub!

Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, outdoor pool & hot tub open 4/15/25-10/31/25, indoor pool and hot tub open year round, outside balcony with ocean views and views of the Wright Brothers Monument, and free parking on premises. This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) and 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condominium.

Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: Minimum 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stays only from June til Labor Day.)
