There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The enclosed garden has a picnic table & BBQ, also laundry airer. This is an ideal base for walking, biking and touring North Devon and North Cornwall.
