Ski in, ski out beautiful condo at on the highest road on Saddleback Mountain Ski Resort. Sun filled, 65” and 40” TV’s, extra playroom w couch. Two bedrooms furnished with one queen-size bed in each, and one bunk room with four twin-sized beds. Nice deck w amazing views of Saddleback Lake and beyond. Great place to utilize Saddleback skin trails. Come in the spring/summer for hiking the AT, biking & access to Trophy rivers for native brook trout fly fishing or Fall for unbelievable fall colors.

To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons. Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.
