Όμορφες και καινούργιες εγκαταστάσεις τόσο εσωτερικά όσο και εξωτερικά, με άνετους χώρους διαμονής για 2 οικογένειες . Ιδιωτικό χώρος να απολαύσεις ήσυχα τις διακοπές σου. Το λατρέψαμε . Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή μπορείς να βρεις ωραίες παραλίες και πολύ καλό και σε λογικές τιμές φαγητό.

Zeer vriendelijke hosts. Hartelijke ontvangst, alle dagen even vriendelijk. Elini bakt geweldige, veganistische chocoladecake! Prachtige, wat afgelegen locatie: rust en schitterend uitzicht over de omgeving en de zee. Precies wat wij wilden. Het was ons vooraf echter niet duidelijk dat de hosts zelf ook op het terrein woont in een aangrenzend deel van het huis, dus af en toe loopt er iemand langs. Zij lieten ons echter alle rust en privacy. Er zijn drie slaapkamers, een keuken en een badkamer. Wat ontbreekt is een zitkamer. Een van de drie slaapkamers is gelegen op de eerste verdieping en die ruimte zou je wel als zitkamer kunnen gebruiken. Met het mooie weer heb je echter geen zitkamer nodig, omdat de buitenruimte dan als zodanig functioneert. Een ruime, overkapte buitenkeuken met een heel grote eettafel, waar je goed in de schaduw kunt zitten. Verder zijn er nog verschillende zitjes in de tuiin, o.a. onder een mooie boom.

We enjoyed staying at Manos apartment. He is a great host and made sure we are taken care of. Everything is as described and showed in photos. Apartment is clean and comfy. Sea is just 50m away and stores, restaurants and other entertainment is within few minutes of walking. We will return for sure.

We stayed ar Dimitra place for a week. The appartment was clean, well equipped and large enough for us ( family of 4). It is situated on the top of the village with excellent view , very quiet, with large balcony. We loved the village as well, good restaurant, with friendly locals. Host was very helpful.

Very comfortable house with a huge yard , bbq, etc .Remziye is a great host.Nicest place in Xanthi to stay :)

The beach where the house is located is really perfect, the sea is sandy and the house is a 1-minute walk from the sea, it is not facing the beach, but the rear building adjacent to it, the house is a duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the bedrooms are 2 on the upper floor, there is a raft and a large bathroom on the lower floor, the house is spacious. It has a terrace, my mother and I were very pleased, thank you for everything, I hope we will come again.

Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Περάσαμε μια πολλή όμορφη διαμονή. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό με μια ωραία θέα προς τη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Μέσα το διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν ολά τα απαραίτητα και το wifi λειτούργει πολύ καλά. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι καλοί άνθρωποι. Σας ευχαριστούμε για αυτή την εξαιρετική διαμονή. Edith et Alexandre από τη Γαλλία. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut et il est propre, spacieux et lumineux avec un balcon et une superbe vue sur la mer . Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Les propriétaires sont formidables, tellement gentils, ils se sont occupés du ménage, des serviettes de toilette et des draps . Ils nous ont offert de très bonnes choses à manger que nous avons ramené ici en France et qui nous rappelle notre super séjour, Nous reviendrons au même endroit avec grand plaisir.
