Kathu District: aluguel por temporada com piscina

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

They helped me about everything. It was perfect.

Great stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for friends and family. The house is located on a hill, so a scooter is your best option. Amazing views , clean and incredibly close to Patong. Felt comfortable and cozy! The housekeeping lady is super sweet and helpful. The host is amazing and is always looking to assist you in any way, thanks for being so flexible and responsive to all our queries! 10/10 recommended.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Wir nutzten mehrer Unterkünfte, jedoch war diese Unterkunft einer unserer liebsten. :) In Thailand ist es anscheinend üblich, dass Stom/Wasser oft separat abgerechnet werden. Alles wurde sehr fair dokumentiert und abgerechnet. Wir waren 4 Leute, nicht sparsam aber auch nicht verschwenderisch. Am Ende kamen nochmal 100€+ dazu. Günstiger als in Deutschland, jedoch erwähnenswert:) Höchste Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, moderne et fonctionnelle. Un petit coin de paradis au cœur de Patong, grâce au jardin et la piscine . Pratique, tout est accessible à pieds que se soit pour la mer, la ville, les restaurants ou autres loisirs . Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, je recommande à 100%.

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Direkt am Rand zum Wald in einer ruhigen Gegend. Alles wie auf den Bildern und sauber. Wir haben was in dem Haus vergessen. Sind nach unserem Aufenthalt in Phuket nach Ko Samui geflogen und Pim hat uns ein Paket in unser Hotel auf Ko Samui geschickt. Das war wirklich super nett! Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier zu schlafen. Die Unterkunft von Richard ist der perfekte Rückzugsort im Trubel von Phuket. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Schwimmen im Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, gehört zu den absoluten Highlights unserer Reise. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Richard und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der ich je war.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Great price for everything you need. Aircon, pool and gym as well as a kitchen bathroom and lounge room with TV. Location was close enough to old town Phuket by scooter or taxi and our host was very communicative and responsive to our queries :)

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

在这里住了8天，入住体验非常好，房子里面所需要的一切都很齐全，全家人都很满意，酒店有去海滩的车 每两小时往返一次，走路去海边也还好 15分钟左右，周边距离7-11、bigC 超市等也不算远，还有一个星期一、星期四、星期五都会开的夜市，总体真得很满意，如果还有机会，一定还会来此入住

Loved our stay at Guy’s place - it was clean and had all that we needed. Guy was also super responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.

Our host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. He was always available, friendly, and attentive to our needs. It was clear that he put a lot of effort into making our stay as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated his hospitality.

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is just like the pictures, amazing. The staff is very communicative, very friendly and the place is very clean. We just loved the stay. The free shuttle you can book anytime is the cherry on top as it is very useful.

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

Alles super , Bilder und Beschreibung reichen nicht aus um zu sagen wie Schön die Unterkunft ist. Jeden Tag room Service , jeden Tag reichhaltiges Frühstück von einer Köchin nach unseren Wünschen gemacht. Seeehr seeeehr schön. Perfekt !!

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
