This place has an absolutely stunning sea view — truly unbeatable! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, so we were able to swim in the ocean every day. The location is super convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and lots of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Die Villa war wunderschön und entsprach dem aufgezeigten Inserat! Des Weiteren war sie stets sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. ☺️ Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief gut, da er stets erreichbar war und zügig antwortete. 👍🏼

I have stayed in this complex before. What sets Kob's place part is there is wallpapered accent walls, paintings and prints which give the unit a nice look and feel unlike the starkness of others units. I also liked the weekly cleaning and case of water as I was an extended stay. The complex grounds and pool are pristine and the security could not be better. The location is perfect. It's close to everything but set back far enough from the street that you don't hear a thing. The entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. The safe is a bit small and I found it cumbersome to use but that is so minor compared to how much I enjoyed staying there. Thank you Kob and Apple for helping to make my holiday wonderful.

Un excellent logement que je recommande à chaque personne qui veut être à Phuket et bien situé ! Proche des plages, 7 11 collé à l'hôtel, très beau avec 2 piscines privés à l'hôtel, les équipements fonctionnent et sont complets pour les besoins quotidiens. Willy a été très réactif et gentils avant et pendant le séjour, nous recommandons !

It was a good stay in a nice hotel. The area is pretty crowded but good for party people. You can do a lot of activities there. The room was perfect for 3 persons, the bathroom was big and clean.

Great Property, perfect location, nice staff, great pool, enjoyable hotel bar and dining, host was very quick to respond to a small issue with the air conditioner but this was immediately attended to, would definitely stay again, five star accommodation

Pook responds to all questions and is an amazing host overall. Her stay has everything you need and is very clean! Room smelled nice and came with snacks. It's convenient to get to from the airport using the airport bus, which cost 100baht. There is also a bus stop at Central Mall which can take you to Patong beach. There's another bus stop (it's pink) in front of a 7/11 that can take you to Karon and Kata with a 7 minute walk as well. For this stop you have to make a left when you exit the condo and follow the walk path walk straight until you see it. No need to cross to Central side.

This villa was perfect! A short walk to a clean beach. A spotless pool, AC in every room, regular housekeeping, and private parking. The location is ideal for a peaceful vacation while still being close to entertainment (20 min taxi to Patong - local Vegas). The beach (which was never too packed) and its lively street are minutes away from the villa. For fitness lovers, there’s a great gym just a 7-minute walk away. Also a scooter rental is nearby. A food street around the corner. After exploring the island for two weeks, I can surely say - Kamala neighborhood - is the best. It’s cleaner than Patong, not as crowded as Rawai, and more affordable than Bang Tao. The host was super responsive, making everything easy. My parents and I loved it. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft von Richard ist der perfekte Rückzugsort im Trubel von Phuket. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Schwimmen im Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, gehört zu den absoluten Highlights unserer Reise. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Richard und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der ich je war.

We were a family, so maybe not the average visitors, but our original idea of going down to the beach often evaporated the moment the younger one realized he can almost stand in the pool. Thus we spent our time at the villa in the pool, in the jungle, at the local shops, in the Haifa cafe, with no need to even interact with the tourist hustle and bustle down there. The muezzin sings beautifully and clearly, the roosters too, the pool is the right size and depth, and the villa design was clearly inspired by Adolf Loos and his ideas about the Raumplan, he surely would have loved it too. We were happy there.

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated the daily cleaning throughout the home that made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great price for everything you need. Aircon, pool and gym as well as a kitchen bathroom and lounge room with TV. Location was close enough to old town Phuket by scooter or taxi and our host was very communicative and responsive to our queries :)

Felt right at home at David’s villa. The place was laid out very nicely. The pool and back yard was beautiful. The front garden area was a great place to relax. David was a great host! Easy to reach and very helpful. Guards at the entrance were also very nice and friendly! I will definitely be returning!! I definitely recommend staying at David’s villa!

Anna and Rino are probably the one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. They were so accommodating (whether with our sick baby or baking us muffins) and had loads of tips about the surrounding area. The place is spectacular. I’d love to return next year but it’s already booked out! If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Kamala, definitely stay here!

It's the seconde time I rent the villa and it's always perfect. Jerome is really nice and helpful. I really commend this house who is just perfect and few minutes from the Kamala beach.

O local é de fácil acesso. Todos conhecem. A piscina é formidável e a pequena academia de ginástica tinha os pesos livres necessários. A limpeza externa do condomínio era muito boa. Não se ouve o barulho da rua. Apenas a mesquita próxima, mas não me incomodou. Ao redor uma infinidade de restaurantes, destaco o Mini-Thai do outro lado da rua, à esquerda. Para alugar uma scooter, tem o senhor Jade, em frente. A praia de Patong é bonita e muito cheia. Porém tem áreas para nadar e outras para desportes aquáticos. Fica distante uma pequena caminhada do condomínio. O por do sol é lindo. Comida boa, farta e barata. Atrações noturnas variadas, estádio de lutas. Restaurantes de várias nacionalidades. As praias mais próximas são ótimas e mais calmas. Fiz meu deslocamento de scooter, mas o táxi é barato. A cidade de Phuket vale a penas ser visitada. Fui de ônibus aberto, local. Em Patong tem o shooping Jungceylon, completo. Enfim, estadia espetacular.
