Sir Udai was an excellent host very accommodating, and his hospitality was exceptional. Finding a spacious room in Tokyo can be challenging, but his place exceeded expectations. It’s both spacious and homey, offering a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access via train as it’s right beside Daitabashi Station. Just make sure to take the local train on the Keio Line to avoid skipping Daitabashi Station. The area is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores, adding to its convenience. Highly recommend!

Shigeru's place was perfect for us (2 persons) clean and tidy. Small but everything we needed was there. The studio was clean and neath. one train station was only 70 meters from the location and the other maybe 500 meters away. It takes some time to travel to the innercity which we liked, to see and expierence the trains and metro journeys. There is a nice "onsen" (local bathhouse) close by. And Shigeru is very responsive and helpfull to messages you send. Thank you Shigeru you are a great host .

Best location

The apartment is super spacious, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and pleasant area by the water. There’s a 7-Eleven and a train station just around the corner, with really quick access to Odawara Station. Taiki was very kind and helpful – we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back! Thank you :)

民宿非常便利、离大森站很近、房东小姐姐也很有品味、房间收拾的很简约高级 ！住退只要前后没住客，小姐姐都会灵活帮处理。家附近就有很多吃的，可惜我这次时间赶、只打卡了一家拉面。 最后、要夸下房东小姐姐，人很好，不仅准备了入住伴手礼，还会帮推荐好吃的，有问题咨询回复特别及时，很感动的是有天我们很晚还没回去，房东姐姐提醒我们注意最晚发车时间，那天真的迷糊，临近最后2趟车，还坐错了，还好最后赶上了，但房东姐姐那句：别担心，大不了开车去接你们，真的让在异国的我觉得很温暖和安心！ 最后希望小姐姐民宿做的越来越好，推荐大家入住哦～

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement près de la gare meguro. L’appartement était grand pour Tokyo et parfait pour 4 personnes. Les hôtes nous ont laissé beaucoup de serviettes. Je recommande

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Akira-san is very helpful host! He gave us a lot recommendations, like a place to eat and where to find a cheaper souvenirs! His place is clean and already furnished. Thank you a lot, Akira-san!

Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Estamos muy felices de habernos hospedado en el departamente de Akiko! No sólo sus instrucciones fueron claras, la casa estaba reluciente sino que también nos dió varias recomendaciones. Es el departamento perfecto y muy tranquilo luego de un día de mucho caminar para recorrer la ciudad. Sin duda queremos volver!

Modern, clean and comfortable. Has everything you need for a short or long stay except maybe a large bed for a couple to share. Close to the beach, and walking distance to shops and the train station. Just be aware there is only stair access to the third floor. Good communication from the host though and we had no issues.

Great location the in a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The unit and building clean, modern with all the amenities and a nice view from the balcony. Host is very thoughtful, goes above and beyond keeping the guests comfortable and informed. Also is quick to respond to all messages. Highly recommend for any Tokyo Visit

不错的体验！房间的一切都很舒适，附近的街区也很好逛。我们还在房间里做了寿喜烧，去了房东推荐的超市！ 唯一的缺点是日本房屋的通病，隔音。因为睡觉的位置似乎正对着楼上的榻榻米，第一晚楼上走来走去有点影响睡眠，不过第二晚跟房东要了耳塞就睡的很好了。

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

About 5 minutes walk to Shibuya Crossing. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Close to Shibuya station. The place was clean with all amenities. Siegfried was very accommodating in enabling us to check in earlier so that we could drop off our luggage.
