Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Books and games, yes of course! You’ll have your own locked entrance but we are nearby so if you are missing any basics, we are happy to help! Only minutes off the highway in a quiet, new neighborhood!

This well appointed little suite is on a quiet street just minutes from downtown and all amenities. It comes with free street parking, laundry access, and a hot tub! The kitchenette is stocked with various supplies including a microwave, mini fridge, dinnerware, and utensils. Across from that is a comfortable queen murphy bed with fresh linens and plenty of pillows. Also included inside the suite, a beautiful 3-piece bathroom, a dining set, a closet with bench & baskets, and a smart TV.

Westsyde is a lovely community with many family friendly amenities nearby. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, petting zoo, playground, splash pad, bike pump track, disc golf, and a dog park. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive.
