For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Our property has been lovingly, restored, with a difference. We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. This classic 1960’s three-bedroom beach house is a 5-minute stroll from Emu Point beach, marina, and fantastic Emu Point cafe. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 3 comfortable bedrooms with plush mattresses for a great night’s sleep. After a day exploring the beach or local attractions, unwind on the deck with garden and bushland views. Filled with charming character and delightful quirks, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beachside lifestyle.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Stingray Beachhouse

Stingray Beachhouse is a large 5 bedroom house, 50 metres from the clear water at beautiful Emu Point. It is the perfect location for that ultimate beachside getaway. At Stingray you can fully relax. The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with comfortable stylish furniture. Linen is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Smeg oven.

An ideal getaway for couples or a small group, you can spend the days exploring the rugged coastlines, walking incredible trails or visiting the local wineries, before retreating home to enjoy our cosy cabin.

Lights Cottage - Farm Stay

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.
