No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

Upmarket Central Guesthouse

This is a special property full of history. Although central to town, it is large and quiet with established gardens and mature trees; set back from the road behind two other properties. Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.

Our cabin is a cosy retreat set in our garden. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is only 20 minutes from central Whangarei and 10 minutes from Kamo, Maungatapere and SH1 so if you are travelling it would be great a place to stay. Our garden cabin would be suitable for very good value medium to long term stays.
