We had such a fantastic stay. The amenities were fantastic, great views and we all felt right at home. Thank you for all the lovely touches of the Easter eggs and home baking too. It was the perfect place to stay in the lead up to our wedding.

Lovely cabin house surrounded by nature- incredibly private, a proper off-grid paradise. The place was warm and comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Our kids loved the games, it was unfortunately torrential rain for our entire stay so we didn’t get to explore outside but it was a lovely place to take refuge!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the stunning location, we enjoyed fishing and had lots of space. Definitely recommended 👌

This stay was excellent because the host Bruce was so responsive to all our messages and generous to ket us checkin earlier as we had an online meeting early afternoon. It was pristine, clean, comfortable and great location.

10/10, would highly recommend. Nola, Don & Ziggy (dog), all greeted us upon our arrival. The accomodation was perfect, private, clean, beds were very comfortable, a truly stunning home with lush bush and sea views. Nola went beyond the call of duty & left breakfast items, fruit & sweet treats in the kitchen! The coffee machine (& pods) was also a real treat & appreciated! Nothing was a problem and Nola was happy to assist us with any of our questions. Thank you once again Nola & Don for an incredible stay!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Russell, close to gas station, town centre. The views are phenomenal to sit and have breakfast.

Shirley’s place was awesome definitely worth while a visit whether it be for business or leisure. Shirley has the kitchen stocked with breakfast and snacks. I will definitely return when I’m up north next.

A wonderful place to stay, high recommend!! The bed is so comfortable. Location is far away from town to have peace but close enough for convenience to good restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc.

Robyn is a welcoming and caring host and her home is cosy, clean and set amongst flowers and a peaceful neighbourhood. Special thanks for the comfortable mattress and toasts with grapefruit marmalade. Highly recommend and would happily return again.

Linda is a very friendly and welcoming person. The house has a wonderful harbour and bush outlook. The bedroom had a lovely ambiance. Personal touches with Candles in the bedroom and bathroom. We were there during cyclone Tam just recently so it created a peaceful atmosphere. We also had the most delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. The breakfast table was set a beautifully. Thank you Linda 🥰

Jennie’s place is set in a beautiful garden with a rural feel yet you are able to walk into town in a few minutes. Both Jennie and her husband are very friendly and responsive to any need you might have. The place is comfortable and has its own entrance. We felt very welcomed there and the provided breakfast was above all our expectations! And, they gave us a ride to the airport, too! Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Very special place in the middle of the forest. Exhuberant vegetation, vegetables and fruits ready to harvest. Kind company always ready to help. Authentic vintage atmosphere. Three hens, one ruster and five friendly dogs (usually only two small ones). Don't miss it !

Worth spending three nights here. Very welcoming and helpful. Gave me very good tips for the daily activities and what to see. But mostly important I felt like at home. I hope to come back one day. I huge recommend it❤️

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in de lodge van Victoria and Damian! Na een aantal weken in een campervan te hebben gereisd waren we toe aan rust, een fijn bed en comfort. Dit vonden we allemaal in deze lodge. Fijne faciliteiten, alles ziet er superschoon en mooi ingericht uit, en het is een hele rustige omgeving met een mooi uitzicht.
