Only a 3 minute walk to Gosforth High Street with a great choice of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants and Regent Centre Metro Station, a 4 minute walk from Poplar. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.
