Steps outside the courtyard is coffee & wine shop, often w/ live music, as well as a C-store for anything you may have forgotten. Easy river access/boat launch too. Turn the other direction from the courtyard and find the Jenner Headlands for a picturesque hike. The hot tub under the stars completes the day!

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.
