Was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay at the Dandridge House. It was conveniently located near Swan's Marina and Brian was very attentive. Thanks for the memories!

Third time staying at Michelle's property. Always clean and stocked with ammenities. Great location on the lake and new dock is perfect for docking boats. Michelle is super responsive and helpful. Best place to stay on Lake Douglass.

Great quiet place away from the busy tourist areas. We had three families in the house and it was plenty big for all of us to sleep. We did run into issues eating as we had to stand since there are only 6 seats at the table and we had 12. There were barstools, but they were about as high as the island. Also, it’s hard to have 12 people moving around in the kitchen, make sure you have one person cooking at a time. As my family says, it’s a two butt kitchen and not one more will fit. The other issue was we read plenty of towels. With the 4 provide beach towels, we had enough. We regretted not bringing our own towels as we were constantly running out or using really small ones even hand towels to bathe. Lastly, while the bedroom was quiet, the beds were mushy and should definitely be replaced. We are all in our 40s or close to it so our backs were hurting. The couch, game area, movie theatre, and outside campfire area was great! There is plenty of parking for 3 mini vans too! Thank you.

Paige was an excellent host! She met us at check-in with the keys and gave us a tour. She was friendly and helpful; answering us promptly whenever we had a question. The property was beautiful and serene, while the home was very tastefully decorated and comfy. We will definitely want to stay here the next time we are visiting the area!

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay! Great location in between Sevierville and Knoxville for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Great layout and floorplan of the house and loved all of the decor. The house was very clean and it has one of the most well stocked kitchens ever! Loved the big sectional couch in the den for relaxing and watching TV at night too. Very comfortable beds and loved having ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well! We would for sure stay here again!

Loved our stay here! Easy to find, far enough out to be away from hustle & bustle, yet still close to conveniences. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and when I discovered one small issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

Great place if you’re fishing Douglas Lake. Close to ramps, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Everything is as described. And has plenty of room for boat and trailer parking.

I really enjoyed this place! Shawn was very responsive and the space was very thoughtfully set up to make you feel at home. This place was completely stocked with towels, tp and tons of extras like snacks, coffee, espresso, bottled water, soda, and most importantly the Gelato! absolutely delicious and graciously waiting in the freezer for you to enjoy.

I came to this lovely home for a weekend trip with family for my jujitsu competition and we all feel in love the moment we walked in! The house had all you could ask for with lil someones, from books, toys and board games! And as easily for adults located in the master bedroom. The kitchen was filled with all you needed for a fantastic home cooked meal we enjoyed and if you need to or want outside on the grill which was stocked as while. Easy to use amenities and amazing scenery from the living room window! The home has a beautiful picnic area. Location is great! 30mins from Pigeon Forge! And neat little in town shops and stores! If 10 was a selection it would get a 10+. My girlfriend’s first time in Tennessee area and she is wanting to return for more! Thank again! And we will see this place in the near future for sure.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

WOW! Talk about a great place to stay. It was our first experience staying in an AirBNB, and Michelle made it all so easy. We just hope all the rest that we stay in are as top notch as this one! Michelle goes way and above, to see to all of your needs, and to make you feel right at home. And you couldn't find a nicer place to stay. Everything is so well put together, and clean...better than alot of motels we have stayed in. You could just see yourself living there! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

It was simply magnificent. Ham and Terry were excellent hosts. They provided us with great accommodations and were incredibly kind. They were amazing with our giant dog as well. We’ll be back soon.

For just a little more than a hotel, we had a private apartment close enough to walk to Carson Newman for graduation. Her garden and patio were absolutely lovely, and the apartment was clean and furnished and decorated in a delightful way!

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

April’s place was perfect for our family of five while visiting Dollywood! You can’t beat this location when visiting Pigeon Forge. The condo itself is spacious, updated and has been beautifully decorated. It was clean, had comfortable beds and we enjoyed having large TV’s in all the rooms during our downtime from the amusement park and other attractions. We will definitely book again the next time we visit!

Condo was very clean furniture was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and the hand held shower was nice addition. Beds comfortable easy check in & out no problems what so ever will stay again.

My husband and I were here on spring break, with our 2 boys and I have to say this was one of the best places we've stayed in while in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room for our boys to play, and the condo was nice and clean. The mountain views were amazing. The Owners were nice and super responsive. Our boys love the pool, I love that we didn’t have to drive more than maybe 20 minutes or less to get to everything we were looking for. We are looking forward to booking again.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.

We'll be back next year! Really great! Came in late at night but lights were on welcoming us. Absolutely perfectly clean, including the condo exterior. The kitchen was the most equipped I've ever seen. We could have prepared a Thanksgiving meal (including a mash potato masher). Really quiet, spacious and absolutely clean. Loved all the bear decorations and feeding the ducks & geese outside by the river. Thank you!
