It is listed on description that there is no Wi-Fi so just be ready with your own hot spot! Mine worked great. Also, just keep in mind that the unit is in a private area and takes quite a bit of time on up and down a long winding road! Drive slow! This is not a complaint, just not used to that kind of drive, and it got scary in the fog. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Wish we could've enjoyed it longer and got in the hot tub, but we just ran out of time! Great, communicative host!!

Excellent location and friendly check-in! You do have to check-in at a certain time (between 4-6) so not as flexible as some other options. Adorable place and adorable amenities! There were quite a few rules but didn’t harp on our time! I appreciated the 11 am check out and minimal check-out to-do items to complete! Thanks for a great stay!

Although our trip didn’t go as planned due to a canceled concert, Jim did everything in his power to help us figure out the next move. He was friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful, felt private even with being part of the home, the views were amazing, and everything was great. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. We will be back to CO and we will 100% be staying here again.

2nd time staying at Jim’s now. First time came with 2 other couples to see a Red Rocks show so of course I had to come back and bring my family. Located in a super cozy neighborhood near downtown Golden. The backyard is spectacular with a breathtaking view of the foothills and downtown Denver. Conveniently located 15-20 minutes from RR, we’ll definitely be back, thanks Jim!!

Our family (5 adults) had a great time during our stay at Allan's place for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is really cute, and the yoga dome is a gem! His communication was always super responsive and helpful. Be aware that if you're staying there in the winter you'll need an AWD vehicle to get to the house.

This property is the perfect place for a family get away and in our case an amazing Christmas. The owners are incredibly responsive and also helped make it an extra special experience for my kids and wider family. The location is great and the open plan living room/ kitchen make it an excellent experience. We Highly recommend it , and it is especially kid friendly

Nathan was very responsive. The home was great for our family and close to all the family wedding festivities we were attending in Golden. We ended up not bringing them, but dogs were welcome. I can’t fully express how magnificent the elk were, and how excited my small grandchildren were at seeing them come through each morning.

Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

Perfect spot. Very close to boulder, denver, and the red rocks. The beds were comfortable. Our dogs loved the backyard. Great value for the money!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

We stayed almost 2 weeks, had everything we needed, variety of stores nearby, lots of parks, elk came through property and deer, easy drive into Denver, would definitely stay here again. Thanks to our hosts for taking good care of this cabin.

Large house - great for our big work group. Comfortable, clean house - lovely patio! Really convenient location, lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Lovely home!! Would definitely stay there again!

Overall, our stay was terrific. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location for our needs. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away in a professional and friendly manner, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you and see you next time!

This large basement apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedroom, bed and linens were cozy and a nice addition having a love seat too. The pool table and arcade game as well as all the sports memorabilia were an added bonus even if we didn't have enough time to enjoy them all. The host couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

We came up for a wedding for two nights and the accomodation was perfect for it. Very close to the Main Street with great food and coffee options. There is no kitchen which I hadn’t noticed from the pictures or description, but that could be my error! Very comfy bed 👌🏼

We picked Steve's place because it's size and location fit our needs for our weekend. We loved the game room, and our adult children really utilized all the games. The place is spacious with lots of opportunity for privacy if you need it. 3 bedrooms up and 3 down make it very easy to spend time with a lot of family. :) We had a little hickup with the grill, but these things happen, and we were able to utilize the backup grill. Steve was very responsive, even on Easter Sunday. We were able to go for a super nice walk on the Ralston Creek Trail, which was about a block away. It was beautiful. We will likely try to book Steve's place again for our next family get-together.

Lovely place near Tennyson St. Great restaurants around and easy to get to the city. Bill and Linda were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Wonderful place!

Couldn't have asked for a better place. The location was great. It was very quiet, yet easy walking distance to downtown and just across the street from Clear Creek and all the fun activities. The hosts, Brian and Heather were amazing and very accommodating. No wonder Heather is a Super host. The deck was a delight and we enjoyed barbecuing on the Weber. The kitchen was very well provisioned and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
