Great stay at Barta House! The apartment was great, funky decor & plenty of space. It was easy to find & the parking round the back was great. The host even sorted out a travel cot (pack n play) for our son which was amazing! Highly recommend staying here!

This stay was perfect for our weekend get away. Hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Check in was a breeze and I loved the location. Easy to get places and also super clean! Would definitely stay again

Great location and great set up for families.

The location makes it easy to take in downtown Golden on foot. Once you park (free in the adjacent lot) you may not need your car at all. Despite being in the middle of Golden the apartment is quiet. The decor is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you’ll need if you decide to cook. With so many good restaurants, breweries and coffee shops close by you just might not bother! It felt like home during my stay to visit family and attend some weaving classes. I slept very well!

Heated bathroom floors!! Oh my! This apartment was spacious and tidy. Cool decor in the unit as well as the hallway. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very informative and proactive with all information relative to our stay. My friend and I were in town for a concert at Red Rocks this location was close venue maybe a 20 minute drive. There is a nice coffee shop just downstairs, and a cool Irish pub across the street.

We had a 50th surprise celebration for my wife and two other couples accompanied us. More than enough space for all of us. Enjoyed the game room and spa. Kitchen was well equipped. Backyard was enjoyable as well. Did not spend much time in backyard due to excursions but provided a nice atmosphere. Everyone thought it was a good accommodation and close access to Denver. All in all Mark was a great host and very communicative throughout the process. We will definitely consider his place and the area. Made for a great surprise 50th celebration. Ross and Stevi did an amazing job with their instructions- being clear and concise. They were detailed and the place was clean upon arrival. We had confusion about how to get in but it was probably due to being tired after a late flight and arrival time lol. Expectations were set and reasonable for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities they provided and we wrte comfortable during our stay. We had one issue with aneihjbots dog trying to clb the fence while we were trying to use the patio, but Stevi and Ross quickly addressed the issue by talking with the owners and there were no further issues. They are great hosts and I would love to stay in another AirBnB under their management!

WE HAVE STAYED AT SARAH AND SERAFIN'S HOME SEVERAL TIMES. IT IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD.

JJ's listing is absolutely beautiful, from the back yard you have a mountain view, and a park/playground. very convenient location, with lots to do in arvada and very short travel to denver. loved that the listing isn't overly decorated, and full of clutter. This was perfect for our party of 12. thank you JJ and coHosts

I stayed here for Red Rocks shows. Absolutely loved it, beautiful decor, lots of games in the basement, tvs in every space, fantastic hot tub, flexible and communicative host, very clean, and stocked with all essentials for cooking, baking, bartending, coffee, and tea! Within 30m of every place we wanted to go in colorado. Super clean as well. Would definitely recommend!

The location was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had to make changes on the reservation and Erika was quick to respond and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.
