A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Garden view Studio in family home

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Johannes

Dit schip uit 1886 maakte vroeger deel uit van de Hollandse zeilende binnen-vaart, welke gebruikt werd voor het vervoer van vele bouwmaterialen en levensmiddelen. Inmiddels is de Johannes omgebouwd tot woonschip, waarvan drie etages van de stuurhut zijn ingericht voor u die graag overnacht in het centrum van Amsterdam doch ook enige rust waardeert. Gezellig straatje& super centraal. U logeert privé op de achterkant van het schip welke vroeger de stuurhut en machineruimte was.

Privacy in lichte, moderne studio aan rustige straat in het populaire Oostelijk Havengebied nabij Centrum met gebruik van patio. Geen kookplaat, wel koelkast, Nespresso, melkschuimer, waterkoker en eierkoker. Schone moderne badkamer met douche en wc. Let op: de studio heeft hoge plafonds en je slaapt op een entresol zonder stahoogte bereikbaar via trap. Niet aanbevolen voor ouderen of mensen met beperkte mobiliteit. Buitenzwemmen op loopafstand. 2 fietsen inbegrepen.

In de zomer kan je heerlijk op de steiger naast de boot zitten en zeker ook zwemmen! We zijn er om je te inspireren en op weg te helpen om in Amsterdam je weg te vinden. Deze accommodatie is uniek. Onze Beachcraft motorboot met douche ligt op een prachtige plek en is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avontuurlijke mensen en zakenreizigers. Op de boot is een buitendek aanwezig waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht. Binnen is er een kleine keuken, toilet en een bank. Voorin de boot bevindt zich de slaapcabine met een tweepersoonsbed geschikt voor 2 personen.
