Jamaica: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

Our stay at Bridgettes loft was excellent. We felt at home immediately and everyone we met was really friendly. Her son was also very helpful about the area and full of great information. Everything you need for the perfect stay. A short walk to the main street and 7 mile beach right across the street. The peiple in the neighbourhood madw you feel like a local as well. We hope to return next year. Thank you Bridgette and Avi for a great stay and memorable vacation.

Really nice Villa. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets and pillows if needed. The kitchen was furnished well enough to cook all the essentials. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi worked great our entire stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the response was quick. There is AC in two of the main bedrooms. The third room and the rest of the house do not have AC, but there are ceiling fans in every room. It can,get pretty warm in the living room and kitchen, especially while cooking. The only thing I wish there was would have been either long chairs or beach chairs or hammocks to be able to lay in the sun or shade and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. You can swim in the bay if you are a swimmer as it can be kind of rough. Make sure to bring water shoes as it is all rocks and some are very sharp. There is no sand what so ever. The private beach is wonderful and located at a 3min drive.

We can’t wait to come back!! This was one of the best travel decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve been to a number of beachfront Airbnbs and this one takes the cake! Being able to wake up to this stunning location, make a big breakfast in the solid kitchen and then go snorkel to our hearts content — an easy and affordable way to relax in Jamaica off the beaten path. All manner of fish and coral… a snorkeler’s dream. The short walk through the very well tended tropical plants to private ocean access was truly unbeatable. The cabin was very comfortable — we enjoyed letting a fresh breeze flow through in the day and used the AC for comfortable sleeping at night. Shekeria is awesome. She continually went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! She is very easy to communicate with!

Beau séjour et lieu tranquille. La maison était propre et toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans la cuisine. Seule déception: Il n’y avait pas la télévision dehors sur le patio (comme les photos). Maison qui se situe entre Montego Bay et Négril (45 minutes entre les deux). Voiture fournie: très pratique!

Everything was amazing! Cleveland and Janet are outstanding hosts, both very friendly and genuine people. Cleveland offers rides for a very reasonable fees and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. The area is gorgeous and as a solo female traveller I can’t recommend this area enough in terms of safety. The locals are chatty but always kind. This is totally beyond the hosts control but the area isn’t super quiet at night with bars playing music until around 11 to midnight and animals in the area, so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest earplugs :) overall it didn’t have a negative impact on my stay because it just felt like part of the flavour of the area. The value was amazing, the cabin is simple, clean, and beautiful, it’s a perfect spot for those looking to slow down and to get to know a beautiful part of Jamaica with a vibrant culture.

We had a wonderful stay at I LOVE LUCEA. Phillip our host was very helpful and made us feel like Family from the time we checked in till check out time. We appreciated the quick response time and everything we needed were there for our comfort. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The property looked the same as advertised. The Beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious, we did not missed staying at the hotel. I personally appreciated my bed especially after climbing The Dolphin Head Mountain located about 8 eight miles from our stay. This place felt like home especially for my older aunt who is very picky about cleanliness. However, this place was perfect for us all with outstanding amenities. They even offerd lots of games to entertain us especially at night when we came home from our excursions. We highly recommend staying here at this gated community. We thank you and plan to make this property our choice of stay when next we return to Lucea 🇯🇲

Just as the pictures described. Loved how quiet and peaceful the community was. Had. Great experience. John was very responsive.

The individual units are maintained properly but the exterior common areas need maintenance, especially the courtyard and walkway tiles. The pool area is dilapidated, and the property managers need to upgrade and remodel the bar and shaded areas. However, the property is a beautiful location.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Patrick's villa. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully furnished and had all the basic amenities. The chef Patrick recommended was also professional and prepared very tasty meals for our group. Patrick is a great host and was always accessible, responsive and accommodating. This villa was a great value. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

This was by far one of the best weeks we've ever had. Me and my husband spent 8 days here for our anniversary. It was relaxing and peaceful. There was a housekeeper named Cassie that kept our place nice and tidy, a couple gardeners, 24/7 security, and a personal chef, Janet. She made us some of the best meals we've ever had and we've traveled many places. This place was full of character and integrity. You can tell they have maintained this property throughout the years with customers in mind. Janet goes above and beyond to save on your grocery bill. Bring cash to tip, and for Steve the personal driver. Do not book excursions online, he will take you wherever you want to go. He was very professional and a safe driver. When you go shopping in Ocho Rios, check out Cool Runnings, they are extremely nice and are cheaper. Do not use a personal shopper,skip and go to this store. We absolutely loved Jamaica and the community. What are you waiting for? Book it already!!! 5 GOLD ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Sharon has a great Airbnb villa in St Ann that sits beachfront inside an amenity filled community that looks and feels like it’s from a top travel magazine. She is very friendly and responsive making sure that her guests have a great overall experience. Michelle who works on Sharon’s team served as the house manager and chef during our stay and was fantastic at making us feel right at home and her home cooked meals were some of the best. Would highly recommend for any group or family looking to have a great tropical vacation in beautiful Jamaica!!

This was our first time traveling to Jamaica. Brenda was extremely helpful with directing us to where to rent a vehicle. She was extremely responsive when we had to check in earlier than expected without any hesitation. The location is beautiful, peaceful, private and a rock’s throw from the swimming pool and private beach. There was plenty of space for our family of four and long lasting hot water for showers. We are already planning our next trip back to Negril and we will book with Brenda again. Brenda, Thank you for hosting our family and making our vacation comfortable and memorable forever!

Our group had a fabulous stay at Sea Spray! The host and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We hardly had to worry about anything — they took great care of us and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Hidden Gem! Precious's Place is a hidden gem! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy with family. The house was extremely clean with adequate space , and had everything we needed. Precious was super responsive. A very quiet, peaceful place with TIGHT security. Close to Hellshire beach, walking distance to a Church and shopping centres. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I definitely got value for my money! Thanks again Precious!

Irie House was wonderful. We travel to Jamaica frequently and are very familiar with the house's location in Little Bay Country Club. The house itself is in one of the most prime locations in the Little Bay Country Club - facing the sea with direct access to the beach from a very well-appointed large deck and terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet and peaceful at all times. This location is perfect for those travellers looking for a bit more independence and are comfortable driving and exploring (and taxis are also available). Grocery shopping is relatively close-by as are the restaurants and activities on Seven-Mile Beach and the cliffs beyond "downtown" Negril. The beach and pool at the Country Club are excellent as well, and always uncrowded. All-in-all a great find!
