Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Patricks Haus! Es war so geräumig, sauber und einladend. Und man hatte einen einzigartigen Blick in die Natur, den ich sonst noch nie in Jakarta erlebt hatte. Wir liebten die große Terrasse und unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool. Den Service, dass die Zimmer regelmäßig gereinigt wurden, haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Wie würden sehr gerne das Haus wieder mieten bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Jakarta!

I stayed this wonderful loft for 4 night as a base for my local business in South Jakarta. Charles kindly picked me up at the airport. This loft is It is beautifully furnished, sunny, spacious, and comfortable. Charles and Retna are always very helpful and attentive to ensure my life here is easy. I will definately come back again in the near future!

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Sejujurnya saya agak khawatir waktu memesan kamar di apartemen ini, karena terlihat dari luar cukup mengkhawatirkan. Namun alhamdulillah saat hari menginap, saya diantar langsung oleh pak tri menuju kamar dan how to be there. Pak Tri jg orang yg ramah walaupun pembawaannya terlihat tegas. unit kamarnya sangat bersih, jauh lebih bersih dari ekspektasi saya. Terima kasih pak Tri.

The existing facility is a bit old-fashioned, but well-cleaned and enough to utilised daily. One of the cabinets in the kitchen was filled with welcome food and daily consumables beside the clean table wares. Several barrels and 2 boxes of drinking water were ready to use as well. The cabinet in the toilet was filled with new bathroom items like soap, toothbrush/paste, and toilet rolls/facial tissues. The owner of this room is a very friendly reliable multilingual person with a quick response. In case of an additional request or issue from the lessee, he tried to give me quick feedback with a solution. The owner always tries to bring the lessee a comfortable life as much as possible.

译文 Ibu Sita is a very careful and patient lady, on the day I arrived in Jakarta, she not only send information to inform me the details also personally drive to the station to pick me up.I am very grateful and thankful . In the evening, after she had finished her pray,she took me to the local night market which made me enjoy the delicious fruits and duck for dinner at the local price. I like Sita's elaborate courtyard, simple, clean and warm. It's definitely a quiet stretch in a crowded, bustling Jakarta city, and I highly recommend Sita and her home to every traveler.If you want to know the real Jakarta, explore its history, culture and art, Sita should be a reliable friend, she is very knowledgeable and wise, and the communication with her made me more cognitive ,very grateful to the acquaintance with her, to be able to make that choice more firmly in my heart. I believe that you will be the same as me in the exploration. From her, you will not only learn the historical microcosm and the real Jakarta, but also can touch the harvest of the soul. In addition, although I don't see Sita's son, but I feel very lucky can enjoy breakfast alone this morning clearly heard piano sounds from upstairs, this is super wonderful and enjoyable ,thanks for all your natural giving and sharing, it is a precious memory and gift for me .

Située dans un quartier extrêmement local de Jakarta, la maison d'Obi est grande et agréable. On s'y sent comme chez soi, dans une famille indonésienne. L'endroit est un peu éloigné du centre, que l'on rallie cependant facilement avec le Gojek. Obi elle-même est une très gentille hôte qui sait accueillir et conseiller ses invités. Lieu chaudement recommandé !

Very good price ratio. They have a very cute inner yard where you get breakfast and coffee, tee, water anytime you want. Also you can easily find this place on Gojek/Grab/google maps. Gabriela was very supportive and organized a cab for me that brought me to Bandung. I highly recommend this place.
