Residences was very responsive and the people who work there are friendly. The place was in a perfect location and the living space is very nice and the gym is good too. Unfortunately, the roof deck and hot tub were not accessible during our stay and we were not told about this until the day we checked in. Additionally, they take their quiet hours very seriously so I would not plan on making any noise in the condo after 10pm. Overall, a nice stay.

Minerva’s place was very spacious with room to spread out. The lot backs up to a wooded area and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Minerva was quick to respond to messages and very thoughtful to leave a massive basket loaded with treats and fruit, and even some staples in the fridge! As we left the rental to go back home, my teenager announced, “This was a good place!”

This was an absolute jewel in the Natural State. The property was close to the Convention Center and made attending a conference very convenient. The staff was so helpful and made the stay that much better!

To be honest Michael is the best host I have met so far. Very proactive, super friendly and always supportive. I always knew that one can tell about the property after speaking with its owner. And after already a few minutes of our interaction I knew we were going to love the house. Thank you Michael! I would give you a 10+ 🌟

We recently stayed at Residences in Little Rock and were thoroughly impressed. The design and attention to detail throughout the property were outstanding, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The location was perfect—just steps away from the conference area, great restaurants, and downtown event spaces. Everything we needed was within walking distance. While we were a bit disappointed that the rooftop was closed for maintenance during our stay, we still enjoyed the amenities available. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting downtown Little Rock.

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

Ruth was a great host, and her place is fantastic. My group of friends and I really enjoyed the house, and thought it was a great property. Would definitely consider the property again. You may note that the interstate is immediately adjacent to the property. Inside the house, any road noise quicklyfades into the background and you don't really notice it much. The only thing that was any level of disappointment was that the upstairs is a little weird. There are two great bedrooms and a bathroom there, but you literally walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Probably an easier dynamic for a family than a group of friends, but we made it work without a lot of trouble.

Ana's place was clean and cute! You must enter through the front door of the main house, then the loft is upstairs and has everything you need to be self-sustained: bathroom, fridge, microwave, even a mini griddle and oven! Ana put in a lot of thoughtful touches and was very quick with responses whenever we needed anything! I would come back if I ever find myself in Conway again!

Me and my daughter were greated by homemade brownies that Martha had baked us❤️She was an amazing host and the little cabin was perfect for us in a time clutch. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay for a quick visit!! Nice and cozy. There's also a yummy smash burger food truck about 2-3 blocks away worth visiting. Great communication with Michael. Easy "check in and out" . Definitely recommend to others!!

We had such an amazing stay! The house was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed. Our whole family enjoyed it, but our 4-year-old declared The Linden House her “Birpday House” and anytime we went anywhere demanded to go back to her house. Thank you for sharing such a cozy and welcoming space with us. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

It was comfortable and cozy. I loved the location and all the things to do in the area. The backyard was great and a nice place to relax in the afternoons.

The family and I had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July. Our previous arrangements fell through just as we arrived in Hot Springs and luckily Vanessa was very responsive and allowed us to book immediately. She helped us get into the house and showed us where everything was located. The place was a perfect little peaceful getaway on the golf course and close to town/activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well, we were able to roast some smores while they launched fireworks over the golf course. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Eva and James were wonderful hosts. We became fast friends and look forward to visiting them again! The rental was lovely. It was cozy, inviting, and clean. The property is gorgeous and peaceful. The weekend at their AirBnB felt like visiting family.

The place was great. As others have said, the check-in is a bit arcane. You have to go to an office and get the packet out of a lock-box (without any actual interaction). That's all fine but the office is 30 min away from the place in the opposite direction of how most people come, from Little Rock. So make sure if you're on a schedule to allot 45-60 minutes extra to get north after dropping off the keys. Other than that the place is great, definitely a little water pressure issue if more than one fixture is used at a time so don't plan on having multiple people get ready at once.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.
