At walking distance, you have supermarkets (5 min), Calle Loiza St. with vibrant nightlife (6 min), and La Placita de Santurce with also great nightlife (15 min). At driving distance, you have the Convention Center & El Distrito (10 min), Old San Juan (15 min), Hato Rey Milla de Oro (15 min), and the airport (15 min).

BE AWARE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH AUGUST, THE SPOTS ARE LESS DUE TO OWNERS INVITING GUEST TO GHE BEACH FOR HOLIDAYS, ETC. Best to UBER / LIFT around San Juan. Much cheaper too! PLEASE TREAT OUR PLACE AS IF IT IS YOUR OWN. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL.

Amás I Beach Apartment in Isla Verde

This apartment features 3 bedroom 2 bath overlooking Isla Verde's nightlife. Just a 10 min drive to the airport and located in the most touristy area in all Puerto Rico. The apartment is steps away from a Caridad Pharmacy, a parking garage, various restaurant chains and the beach is less than a three min walk. Power outages are common in PR because of the rebuilding of the electrical grid. NO refunds will be issued.
