Discover the Threshing Barn at Little Upton, an ideal spot for group celebrations. Enjoy the spacious double-height kitchen and lounge with woodburner. Unwind in the covered hot tub and sauna, take a dip in the heated pool (open May to Sept) or play table tennis, pool, and table football. Explore nearby footpaths leading to three excellent pubs. Both north and south coastal beaches are under an hours drive away and closer to home are rolling hills, RSPB sites and many beautiful gardens, historic houses and towns to visit. Enjoy the private south facing courtyard garden with views of the church and open countryside.

Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Rosewall is a unique listed Arts and Crafts farmhouse built in the early 1920’s. The house is surrounded by our land and borders the National Trust Barrington Court. Ideal base for exploring the grounds or for venturing on foot or bike to the local pubs and beauty spots. Sleeps 8 across 3 double bedrooms (2 en-suite), and 1 twin. Relax; sit and gaze down the avenue of tulip trees; prepare a feast in the well equipped kitchen. 2 dogs on request.

The Old Mill stands above an idyllic millpond on the Somerset Levels overlooking the Blackdown Hills. The former studio of a renowned artist, it offers a uniquely romantic setting in which to unwind and relax. There are many walks straight from the door and the nearest pub is less than 2 miles away. Venturing further afield you can spend the day on the Jurassic Coast or visit some of the many National Trust properties in the area.

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
