Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. Our spacious one-room studio apartment is attached to our home but offers complete privacy. Guests have their own private entrance and parking spot in driveway. The accommodation is not shared with the hosts, however we live on the property. We are located on Lady's Island, SC which is a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island, and MCAS, as well as Historic Downtown Beaufort.The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
