This cabin sits in the heart of the Adirondack mountains and is minutes to outdoor adventure of all kinds! Only five minutes to Whiteface Mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown Lake Placid, the convenience of the location is key for both outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to just getaway and relax in nature. The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.

Birches at 4 Seasons Cottages 4th Lake, Old Forge

Birches Cottage is part of Four Seasons Cottages on 4th lake. Birches is a cozy camp with 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub and shower. It is very near our sandy beach where we have Adirondack chairs for guests to use while watching the sunrise over the Lake. We only rent by the week in July and August with check in and out only on Saturdays. we have Adirondack chairs on beach, WIFI TV pillows, blankets/comforters, please bring your own sheets and towels.

Old Forge is just a 20 min drive and Inlet village is just a leisurely walk away.

Your family with be close to everything while staying at our "wildlife refuge". We are within walking distance to the town of Inlet bustling with activity during the summer months. From free concerts at the park to plenty of dining & shopping options, you won't have to wander far. Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat located at 116 Railroad Ave Old Forge . It is newly built, and is nestled a little into the woods. I’m sure you will see wild life during your stay. Deer Trax is walking distance to town. It is only minutes away from Enchanted Forest and all what Old Forge has to offer. This would be the perfect place to stay for snowmobiling. It is right on the trail, and with space to park your trailer.
