Great little stay for two adults. The space was sparkling clean, comfortable and quiet. Although there were homes nearby, it felt as though we were secluded. All of the amenities were great. The bed and bedding were comfortable and cozy. All of the outdoor spaces were beautiful as well including the back porch, fire pit and hot tub. You are about 10 minutes away from town.

Debi was very pleasant, friendly and communicated on spot. The Loft was very nice and cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Highly recommend staying at The Loft next time you're visiting Fairmount, Indiana

Absolutely loved our stay at Jammin' on Jeff! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had a welcoming vibe from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t be better.. just a short walk or drive to great shops, parks, and some amazing local restaurants. Shannon and the team were super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, convenient spot with great hosts!

We have family in Rochester and visit every year, always staying at a hotel. Luckily, someone told us about this Airbnb and the dates worked out for us to give it a try. It was everything we had hope for. Quiet-no concern of having someone loud next door. It was very cozy and had laundry, hygiene items, dishes, coffee maker, etc available if needed. It was more spacious than we expected with plenty of room for 5 of us. It was easy to get in and out of with the code. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while visiting Versailles state park

Very nice place. A different kinda of place for us but we definitely loved it. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of room. Loved the loft layout. Bedroom with the bathroom had a firm mattress. Everyone said they slept well in their bedrooms. Showers were great. Parking was easy and we were pulling a trailer. Everything was clean ! So much better than any hotel and very responsibly priced !!

Amazing rental!! Perfect location with easy access to Lucas Oil Stadium where our conference was held. Looking forward to book the same rental in 2026!

Kelly's spot was our favorite Airbnb thus far, and we've stayed at several! Her attention to detail, her beautiful decor, and extras didn't go unnoticed. The space was spotless and smelled so wonderful. It was cozy, and the perfect location for a concert at Ford's Theater. The only downside was that we only stayed one night, we wished we'd had more time to enjoy. Thank you!!
