Hűtő, mikró és főzéshez szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt. Sütési és mosási lehetőség nincs. Remek borvidékünk gazdag programokat kínál a vendégeink számára. Az apartman nem dohányzó. Családoknak is ideális A falu szélén található vendégház egy hatalmas udvaron helyezkedik el.Az udvarban az óriási fák alatt saját horgásztó,szabadtéri tűzrakóhely, nagy füves területek és egy hangulatos söröző található. Az szálláshely 10 fő elhelyezésére alkalmas. A felső szinten 3 db két ágyas szoba található, mindegyikhez saját tusoló és wc tartozik. A földszinten a közös konyha és a nappali kapott helyet. Itt található még egy külön bejáratú 4 ágyas lakrész.

A szobák külön bejáratúak, a konyha és fürdőszoba teljesen felszerelt. A házhoz tartozik egy kicsi pihenőudvar. Ingyenes parkolás a ház előtt. Gyermekeket szívesen látok, kiságy van, de etetőszék nincs. Egyedül utazó vendéget 3 éjszakánál hosszabb időre nem fogadok.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
