小さい子供2人、小学生1人、大人7人で利用しました。オーナーさんはとても親切で、お部屋も清潔。お風呂やキッチン周りのアメニティも気の利くものが適度に用意されていて、子連れの大所帯でしたがトラブルやストレスなく過ごすことが出来ました。チェックアウト時にはオーナーさんが集合写真をたくさん撮って下さり、素敵な想い出が残せました。ありがとうございました。 次回は、もう少し大きくなった子供たちとミニキャンプで利用したいと思います。

Very helpful and responsive host . Nestled in a quiet suburb.

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

We loved the novelty of staying next to the train tracks and watching the SL train go by! The house was very well equipped with cooking utensils, a projector, and even glowing lights - everything we needed for a fun stay with friends. The neighbourhood is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place to stay, spacious and with everything you need. Tomoko-san was very kind and picked me up from the station. The surrounding area is ideal for walking or cycling around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Host and co host was so helpful in our stay. We had a situation were we cant find a wheelchair for our disabled companion and they even booked us a wheelchair and offered to leave it at their residence to return it! So helpful and kind to our inquiries. Even i felt bad for how many things i ad help from them. Not to mention the cleanliness and ease of access to station and foods! Thank you so much for making our stay in japan so easy and fun!

Our stay at Miki's was fantastic! The space is exactly as shown in the pictures, lots of space and we comfortably fit 4 adults with large bags. Miki provided us with a helpful pdf that explained how to locate it, which i recommend as google maps was unhelpful. Access to a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and individual AC units with remote control for rooms, was a huge plus. The patio space is nice for a morning coffee. The nearby bus stop is a short walk and being close to 7/11 and McDonalds was really convenient. We appreciated how quiet and clean the neighborhood was. We would absolutely stay again!

Very friendly host and great place to stay! It has a konbini 2 minutes walking from the house and also supermarkets within 10 minutes.

予約後の案内、チェックインからチェックアウトまで連絡が早く丁寧でした。 部屋もとても快適で、リラックスできる空間です。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

4世代家族で利用させていただきました。 多人数で集まれる場所が中々ないので、とても助かりました。 自然の環境の中、夜空の星がとても綺麗で印象に残っています。 二度目の利用でしたが、ホストさんとのやり取りもとても迅速で丁寧でした。ありがとうございました。

部屋も広く整理されていてゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 今回はテーブルに設置されていた炭焼きは利用しませんでしたが、次回は是非利用させていただきたいと思います｡

家族での日光旅行で使わせて頂きました！ 子供がいるのでなるべく広い部屋でと考えるとどうしてもホテル代が高くなってしまうのでこの広さでこの価格はとってもありがたいです！ 中もとても綺麗で清潔に保たれてますし、露天風呂、オプションのサウナも大変楽しめました！ なかなかこの時代に和室に掘りごたつに触れることも少なくなってきてるので子供も大変満足してました！ 周辺には昔からやってる老舗焼肉、支那そばがあったり、それ以外にも揃わない物がないくらい周辺環境も完璧でした！ ぜひ日光に来る機会があったらまた来ようと思いました！ ありがとうございます！

We had a great stay. The place is much better than the picture. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place itself was clean and everything was just like in the pictures. We felt right at home. It's easy to find thanks to Xuan's descriptions. Public transport is within walking distance, same as stores and restaurants. There is nothing much to say other than we would like to come back if we ever visit Japan again!

Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. They were all so kind and helpful. We would love to stay in your place in our next visit to Tokyo. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
