We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Daryl & Alison. Although in the main house, the room and facilities are quite private, separated from the main kitchen and living area. The bed was very comfy and the room spacious. Daryl was very friendly and took time out to welcome us, enquire about out trip and tell us about the property and his superb pinot noir.

Kim’s place is lovely with plenty of room for a group. We really enjoyed walks nearby (Lake Daniell and the Klondyke Valley both beautiful) and the hot pools at Maruia Springs.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Karen was kind enough to light the fire when we reached there and she introduced all the farm animals to our daughter and fed them which was the highlight of the stay. The surroundings are serene away from hustle. Can easily say one of the best farm cottages we have stayed. Highly recommended and would love to visit again! Thanks for the great stay Karen!

We had a lovely weekend at Richard’s. Perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. With mixed weather we got to make the most of both the fire place and hotpool but also the swimming pool on the hot day. Highly recommend the farm tour - such a beautiful place and Richard was an excellent guide and host!

We had a lovely stay at Sally's place which is in a gorgeous setting. The accommodation had everything we needed and we wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area.

Toby is a wonderfully and friendly host with such a beautiful accomodation. Our perfect getaway in the heart of Huranui with. 40 minute drive to the picturesk Hanmer Springs. It's like stepping back in time but with modern amenities. Peaceful, warm, plenty to do or great to relax and unwind. Our 1 year old loved running the property and the big bath which made a big difference whilst teething. We can not recommend enough!

Such a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place to stay in. The host was very responsive and the the cottage was clean and so comfortable to stay in. It truly felt like home away from home for our family during the whole weekend. We would definitely stay there again for some rest and relaxation in the future!

Susan & Richard are Hosts with a capital H! Super friendly with helpful suggestions of the area. The Quarters has everything you need for a relaxing weekend including no wifi/signal. We loved that they gave up their time to give us a tour of their farm. Beautiful spot to get away from the city and the stars were amazing. Thank you

Such a gem of a house on the edge of the Black Estate winery! Peaceful abode with Japanese flair, surrounding by a stunning garden, you will want to stay put, relax and enjoy the scenery! We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pips, it was a home away from home, Pip and Burt were very friendly, chatty and responsive. Pip was really kind and showed us their donkeys and horses, my 2 year old daughter loved the donkeys and Pip was kind enough to sit her on the donkey, and let her feed them in the morning with her, Maeve also loved their Dog Hetty they were the best of friends, it was a true highlight and we have made some more lovely family memories. The place was private, lovely scenery and the outside bath was also a big highlight. The home has everything you could need from cooking, to showering and sleeping. Thank you so much for hosting us we won't forget your wonderful hospitality, and thanks for everything we truely had a great relaxing weekend. :) All the best Kellie & family xx

Loved our stay, this was our second time here as we enjoyed it so much the first time! Stunning views over the vineyard from your room, and such a peaceful setting. We had a delicious trust the chef lunch with matching wines before check in too :)

Loved our stay at Janines and she was super friendly and helpful with local travel tips. Kids enjoyed the spa and the cats. Beautiful peaceful location, great for one night stay on our drive to Christchurch.
