James was a phenomenal host. Any time I had an issue or a question he was quick to respond and help. The recommendations while I was visiting were essential in helping us have fun. There are so many great areas to visit with such a quick Grab ride away. The house was perfect. So clean and beautiful. Really was the icing on the cake for such a great trip!

The place was very great, peaceful, & nature, so pretty, you can even hear the river from here!!!

Very spacious and suitable for family gathering. I love the compound and the host was very flexible and allowed me to check in earlier and she even checked if everything is ok the next day. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a staycation out from the city. Restaurants and convenient stores are very close about 7 mins drive and location is very strategic. Loved our stay here, came with a large family with young kids. Total of five rooms altogether with en-suite bathroom. There was even a family room with games for our kids to hang out on their own. Kitchen had lots of cutleries, plates, hot and cold water, a large fridge. Car park could fit 4 cars. We ended our day with karaoke provided in the main hall. There was two CCTV cameras in the living room, this should be highlighted in the description for those who are concerned about privacy. Large stable outside, which can be converted to a space with tents for those who wanna run events. Large lawn for kids to run, play football and badminton. River just down the villa but can be dangerous to swim due to its strong current. Otherwise this place makes a perfect staycation venue for large families.

The place gives out a nostalgic feel and surrounded by greenery, yet its located in the city centre. A real plus point would be the cleanliness and the maintenance of the amenities. The fridges were clean and well maintained. Ac cold n perfect for our local weather! James has been a wonderful host, glad to have dealt with him. I would just like to highlight the event fee of rm500 which applied during my stay. So when will the event fee kick in? A clear guideline needs to be set. Anyway, overall it was a great place, thanks again James!

We had a great time staying here! Jun was very responsive and catered to all our needs, from providing extra towels and blankets to extending our checkout time. The place was very clean, spacious and had many amenities that we really enjoyed using. Thank you for helping us out Jun!

Had a great stay at Hibiscus Villa. Communication with the host and caretaker was smooth. Villa was nice and clean. Kids loved the pool with slide. Ample parking space for 3-4 cars within the house compound itself. Aircon and hot water working well with no issues. Highly recommended for large families.

I really like everything about this house. Each room is very organised and clean. The house is big enough for my family (20 pax in total). Wifi connection is good, we managed to spend our time together watching Netflix at night. Our bbq session also went well. Very easy to communicate with the owner, En Samsudin. Owner is so nice and very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming to this place again soon. Thank you for making us feel like home!

This house was INCREDIBLY beautiful!! The interior design is exactly like the photos. Every corner of the house is beautiful. I especially loved the stone bathtub. The lake is right next to the house so you can enjoy taking a walk while watching the breathtaking view. Michelle the host is also such a lovely person. She was so kind and helpful. She gave us a tour when we arrived. And when I fell off my scooter, she got me some bandages. ❤️‍🩹 Everything went really smooth. All the amenities were well provided. Kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, even snacks. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay. Having this gigantic beautiful house to ourselves, we didn’t go out much and hung out at home a lot haha 😂 Highly recommend this place! Whether it’s to spend some quiet time with your loved ones, to find inspiration for your work, or a romantic getaway, if you want a cozy private beautiful home, you won’t be disappointed 🥰

Homestay ni memang terbaik! Rumah bersih, kemas, dan sangat selesa. Lokasi pun strategik, dekat dengan kedai & tempat makan. Host pun sangat friendly dan helpful. Memang recommended, nanti repeat lagi!

Host was really great through the booking, checkin and stay at the place. She was very responsive and addressed any question quickly. Flexibility was huge plus point. Actual place looks exactly like photos. Living room area is actually better than photos with very tall ceilings large windows and incredible natural light. Great views of the surrounding area from the third floor patio. All the people that attended the birthday party were really amazed by the location and house. Would highly recommend.

En Johari was very helpful in touring us the house and giving us instructions on where is where. The place is suitable for short staycations. There is a nearby shop if you get hungry. There are even stalls in the morning if you need breakfast. The mosque is just a walking distance so it is helpful if you need to go to friday prayers. En Johari was very respectful and friendly. He even provided us extra tables and chairs because we preferred to eat outside while having a barbeque. Good experience. The pool accomodated the kids and they loved it. It provided everybody privacy. Thanks again 😊

We had an amazing company gathering at this Airbnb in KL! The space was perfect for our needs, and the host went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this place for group events!

Great place. Quite old but vintage. Linen was white and nice but furniture such as couch, carpets and sofa need to be professionally cleaned. Apparent stains. Overall still happy!

Really great experience. Deserve a 5 star review from me. Everything was fine, just gd floor toilet need to give some attention, but it does not a big problem. Anyway, as i mentioned before, memorable experience.

Sharon’s house was a fantasy! From the moment you are greeted by her housekeeper Sue, (Sharon was overseas this trip) then walked into the most amazing house it was a really lovely stay. The garden and pool are beautiful, watching the bats flying about catching insects at night just outside the front gate to the little fruits left at the front driveway by a visiting monkey were all things to add to the special qualities of this stay. The location is quiet, not far from shops and restaurants, museums, botanic gardens. We loved this place and would come back again with no hesitation.

Tania and her husband were very sweet and humble people. Tania herself is a very helpful person. I really enjoyed my time in the house. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere. And her house is also very big and beautiful

We had a good stay here. The place is exactly as listed. The host was friendly and helpful, answering all questions. Home is peaceful and private. Pool is a good size and depth for both adults and kids. The stream on the property was a plus, it was lovely to wake up to the sounds of nature and the water flowing. Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are comfy and bathrooms clean. Overall, a good stay to get back to nature, but at the same time still retain creature comforts. Thank you Ms Nursita and team for a lovely stay, I look forward to coming back in future :)
