It is locked off from upstairs & has it's own entrance. So 2 seperate units, 2 seperate entrances, but all under 1 roof. We will use the left side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via garage. Guests will use the right side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via front door. If suitable for you, we welcome you! :)

Spend your afternoon fishing off the dock or watching football on the patio which has a 65in outdoor tv, corn hole, & a smoker! Visit KC during the day & wind down at night with a cozy fire by the lake! **No kayaking or swimming is permitted. Guests are only allowed to access the lake via our private dock.
