What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Perfect stay! 10 minutes walk to beach and high street. The house had all the amenities and was very very clean. Roger and Sarah were really responsive and kind. The house was really modern, clean and just what we wanted. Will visit again!

Wow. What a find. This place is honestly such a treasure! We came away for a peaceful weekend for my partner’s birthday (who may be slightly obsessed with Highland cows) and it ticked every single box. The cows & deer grazing right on your doorstep gives you a real sense of peace and honestly felt somewhat magical. We enjoyed using the fire pit both nights and stargazed for hours. The giant marshmallows were a treat too! The outdoor bath was so serene. This break was definitely needed for the soul and Tara’s little hut was the perfect place. There’s a local pub a short walk away which was reasonably priced and also some really beautiful countryside walks. All in all the perfect weekend. Tara is a great host!

Me and my partner spent the weekend here for our anniversary, the location itself was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! The Orchard is a stunning, really relaxing space, the jacuzzi is amazing and Tina left clear instructions on how to use it for the weekend! We arrived to some complimentary scones with jam and cream, and the lodge smelt fresh and clean, as well as being spotless! Tina communicated with us over messenger during our stay to check on us and made sure we were happy whilst we were there! There is lots to do all within 20-30 minutes drive from the location, with a wide choice of local restaurants and take aways just 5 minutes away! We are so happy we decided to spend our anniversary here, absolutely beautiful and would recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful get away! Thank you so much! Hoping we will get to visit again soon :) x

Had a wonderful seven weeks stay in Nicks lovely apartment whilst planning my relocation to Exeter. The apartment has everything you need with plenty of space. The location is great for accessing the city centre and has added bonus of parking. Would thoroughly recommend

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Me and my family had a fantastic time away . The accommodation was as described in the advert. Had a small issues at the start but resolved within minutes . Hosts were super friendly . Highly recommend

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.
