Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Rural and peaceful location on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park yet only 15 minutes from Exeter. This is a great place to spend a night or longer to explore the Teign Valley, the National Park, and Devon’s spectacular North and South coasts. The recently refurbished accommodation comprises an annexe to the rear of a 17th century thatched threshing barn surrounded by the Hosts large garden and woodland. Relax in its own private Mediterranean style outdoor space and enjoy the sunset.

Great walks from the doorstep and good pubs nearby. Guests get 5% off tours and wine at nearby Swanaford Vineyard.

A newly refurbished 3 bedroom single storey cottage sleeping up to 6 with a panoramic bay window looking over stunning Devon countryside. The large kitchen, fitted with modern German units, seats 6 at the dining table. There is comfy seating for guests to enjoy looking out across the fields or a comfy night in by the fire. Watch the deer, foxes, buzzards, ravens, red kites, kestrels and other wildlife during your stay. No additional cleaning and other costs added when you book.
