Jason was a great host. Responsive. Facilities great for families. The horses and sheep were a highlight for the kids. Waking up to the mist and sunrise over the water was magical.

Just excellent, better than described. Everything was beyond expectations and Vicki was an exceptional host.

This is an outstanding property with a wonderful and responsive host. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The house is very private and well appointed, maintained and stocked with quality produce and supplies - we were also welcomed by a beautiful hamper, and warm service. The property itself has stunning views from almost every window. We enjoyed using the gym (located in an adjacent private building which can also be used as a study), pool and spa. We had a few things on our list to visit for the Huon Valley but were very content to stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. We would most definitely return here when visiting Tasmania.

Overall such an amazing place to stay, I booked for a surprise getaway for my partner. He loved it, so tranquil and peaceful, and perfect location can't recommend enough. Only issue we had was the pool as it said it would be heated from October - April, we stayed in April and I did message them to confirm - they said yes. However, once we got there, we noticed it wasn't and they then said heating sometimes fluctuates due to environment conditions - a bit of a disappointment but we still had the spa which was lovely! Will definitely stay again, maybe more in the summer months so the pool will be heated.

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Big comfortable rooms, beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms, and everything spotlessly clean. Shane is also very easy to contact and very helpful. We were a group of 7 adults and were able to park both our cars off the street. The property inside felt really spacious for our group. Everything is easy to get to from Sandy Bay and there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance from the house. We went to Chillies Indian restaurant (recommended by Shane) which was delicious! I highly recommend this property- I’d say it’s one of the best we’ve stayed in. Thanks Shane!

My aunts spent their night at Farida’s property. There was a little hiccup with the check in, but thankfully resolved quickly! Farida is an extremely responsive host, property was stunning and exactly like the photos! Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a place near the airport!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house has the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb. We spent a lot of our time out on the sunny deck admiring the amazing view and we even saw a seal in the bay. Deb is a wonderful and welcoming host. Highly recommend and we would love to go back.

We loved everything about Tony's place. Spacious, comfortable and so much fun. Our 6 day stay gave us plenty of time to visit Mona ...enjoy some down time...but best of all .... time to revisit our teenage years playing the pinball machines. We didn't want to leave. Thanks Tony for providing the perfect getaway.

Shelley left us a bottle wine and chocolates and kept us informed when repairs had to be done on a faulty air conditioner as well as another bottle of wine. Very pleasant lady to deal with. Cheers Rena and John

We entertained inter-state friends at Richard's house and they enjoyed staying in the historic heart of Hobart. A stylish, warm and cosy home a short walk to town.

We had a wonderful stay.. the home was clean with spectacular views. Fishing was great, plenty of flat head. Minor annoying things were flat batteries in the torch and remote controller for DVD player but these things happen. The hosts were very friendly to speak with over messages and we really did have an amazing stay. Would definitely return in the future. A big thank you to the hosts.

Sharon and Andrew’s place was in a great location within easy walking distance to the Richmond township and so close to drive to a variety of excellent wineries. The house was extremely well equipped with everything you could want or need. The vinyls were fun to reminisce with and we played a few games of 8 ball. The beds were all very comfortable with quality furniture throughout. Communication with Sharon and Andrew was friendly and efficient. We had a couple of minor issues that were rectified straight away. All in all, we had a great stay at Bridgecroft House.

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

Hounds Inn was exactly what my family were after, close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to CBD. Centrally located to Hobart attractions too. Easy no fuss check in. Clean and functional house and amenities.
