We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Exclusive and modern villa on perfect location for both city trips to Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague etc. as well as for excellent hiking and biking trips in the direct area with beautiful moorland, forest and lakes. The villa is also ideal to relax and offers: tv/lounge/dining area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, fitness area, jacuzzi, sauna, sunbed etc. The spacious garden offers full privacy with several lounge terraces. Can be fully or partially rented.

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Tourist tax: We are charged €3,68 per person per night. Our price on Airbnb includes this added tax as of 27 Feb 2026 (bookings made prior to this do not include this tax).

The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. In 5 minuten bij de trein die je in 20 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Of in 25 minuten naar Utrecht centrum. Loosdrechtse plassen en Gooimeer dichtbij. Yellow Brick House is een mooie zelfstandige studio in de achtertuin van ons huis. Geniet van een kleurrijke en sfeervolle ruimte, met eigen ingang en buiten terrasje. Heel centraal gelegen op loop afstand van de stad, het station of de natuur. Let op: Ons huis ligt in Hilversum, niet in Amsterdam! Per 20/7/2026 rekenen we €4 pp/pn toeristenbelasting extra. Bij aankomst apart af te rekenen.

Double king size electric box spring (not yet in photo), bunk bed and spacious sofa to rest on after your trip or to sleep on. 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Schiphol 30 minutes. 55 inch TV with Netflix, Disney plus, TED TV, etc. (not yet in the photos.)
