The house was perfect! It was very open with plenty of room! We loved the openness of the kitchen into the dining room and into the living room! That’s where we stayed the most! All the beds were so comfortable! It was wonderful experience!

We had a great stay! From the beginning, Nick was very responsive. Gave us great recommendations and restaurant options. We loved that this home was in the sea Pines community. It was very private and there’s so much to do. Definitely worth getting the pool and the hot tub heated. The first couple of days we had a couple of issues with the hot tub and the pool being heated, but Nick and Judy were so responsive and did everything to accommodate us and fix the problem. The house is very clean. And we even had cleaning service in the middle of our stay, which was nice. Would def come back!

Thank you SO MUCH to Abigail for this amazing stay. This air BNB was perfect for my group of guys for my bachelor trip. It was close to everything we love to do (Golf, fish etc...). The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, and all of the neighbors were great. The home itself is absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for everyone with a great layout. The pool and hot tub just take it over the top. We spent lots of time just relaxing in the backyard taking in the day. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in hilton head!! This was a great house to stay for family reunion. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. Lots of bedrooms, each with a private bath, gave everyone a sense of privacy. The common areas were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet residential. It was literally three houses from the beach. The beach was wide, shallow with gentle waves, perfect for little ones. The hosts provided beach towels, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, wagons and sand toys for the kids. Ice cream, coffee shop, clothing and supermarket are within half mile walk. A disappointment with our stay was the rather exorbitant price they wanted to heat the pool, so we declined even though the week was rather cool. The spa attached to the pool was tiny and jets were non-functional. Normally I am used to communicating with hosts via Airbnb. In this case, they preferred their own hospitality app be used, so communication was a bit spotty back-and-forth initially. Once resolved, all went well

This home is spacious and well maintained. The open floorplan and ample living space allowed our family of 5 adults to each do their thing while having family time. The indoor pool was an added bonus and the location is perfect for accessing local shops, restaurants, beaches, and landmarks. Plenty of bike trails, golf courses, and tennis courts. It made for an ideal winter getaway!

Michael’s home surpassed our expectations. Beautiful spacious kitchen to fit our family. Everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements. Screened in heated pool was very nice. We made use of the outside barbecue and hot tub. There were games on the main level and a game room and work out bench on top floor. There was something for all ages. The beach was in walking distance and everything we needed for the beach was there. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas and the 2 wagon’s for the grandkids. Our family came to Hilton Head from 4 different states and we had the best vacation ever! We hope to come back again. Thank you Michael!

We had a great stay. The house design was perfect for us with its 4 separate bedroom suites in addition to a large over the garage 4 bed “dorm” style room. Wonderful warm pool, beach was an easy walk across the street. The only thing missing were beach chairs. We hope we can stay here again!

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

Gloria was kind and responsive via text messages. The condo was perfect for a long weekend. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts!

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

We had a great stay! The only downfalls were the floors could’ve been cleaner, there was only 1 beach chair and the listing had 5 beds, there were only 4. I planned to take 4 teens(who don’t like sleeping together), but we had someone back out, so it worked out(maybe just update pics). This was a main selling point for me initially though. Positives include the privacy, great walkway to the beach, the restaurant on the beach was great, location was perfect, the linens/beds were clean/comfy, and the indoor activities were convenient. As an improvement, maybe explain how/where to get into the buildings because the upper levels are not connected to the middle activity area inside. I liked being able to give my teens some freedom to hang out by the indoor pool/hot tub alone without worrying about them being out & about alone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and polite, the rates were good, would recommend!

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.
