We came down for a wedding and the central location on the island was great. Kitchen was big and fully equipped. Beds were comfy. I was disappointed we had to rent beach chairs. $29 a day for 2 with an umbrella. And we needed 6. Bikes are a great thing to have and they also need to be rented. The 4th br with 2 doubles has to use a bathroom in one of the other bedrooms for showers. Otherwise they can walk downstairs to the powder room toilet. We all agreed the house worked out really well.

We had an incredible vacation! Cindy’s condo was in the perfect location at the resort, quiet corner, close to the outdoor pool, close to parking, and most importantly close to the boardwalk to the beach! The condo was clean, had everything we needed. The resort was perfect, with a bar, indoor and outdoor pools with long hours. We LOVED going to the beach and having access to the beach locker which included a wagon, sand toys, umbrella, and chair was perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

Gloria allowed us to get in early which was extremely helpful in letting us start our vacation off. The condo was the perfect size and exactly what we needed for our three night stay. Coligny Plaza was a close walk and an easy drive to some amazing restaurants.

We had a delightful vacation at Kim’s welcoming property. The children enjoyed the beautiful nearby beach and the pool. Kim was always responsive, answering numerous questions and providing excellent suggestions. I highly recommend this condo at Hilton Head.

Scott’s place was 5 star in our books! Exactly how it’s advertised is what you get once you arrive. Scott is very quick to respond with any questions, he provides a great deal of information regarding restaurants, grocery stores and other things to do. The cable TV was a BIGTIME bonus for us since we really enjoyed watching the NBA, NHL playoffs and the NFL draft. The beautiful beach is a very close walk and Scott even provides beach chairs, towels and boogie boards that my son and I used. The washer and dryer is also awesome to have while away from home. Scott’s place was very clean and everything you needed to cook delicious meals was provided. Lots of excellent seafood (shrimp, scallops, grouper, red snapper etc) was sold close to Scott’s place at excellent prices. We also were able to use bikes and had some fantastic bike rides on the beautiful bike paths on Hilton Head. I would highly recommend staying at Scott’s place. Thanks so much Scott for 6 fantastic nights!

Great, clean space for a quick retreat to HHI. The location was central to all the places we wanted to go on the island and it was a short, easy walk to the beach. The communication and attention to detail from James was truly unparalleled from any other host on Airbnb. It was super informative but not overbearing. He responded quickly to any request or question. A wonderful experience overall!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The size was perfect for me, my wife and 2 adult children. The location was easily accessible to the beach and walking paths. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals rather than go out to eat every night. We really enjoyed our stay, wish the weather was better though, it rained almost every day.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

Great house for a large group, we enjoyed ourselves. We were 16 adults and the house felt at capacity, stretching for more people wouldn’t be best. Host was great, communicative, house was clean. Would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s place in Sea Pines, Hilton Head. The house was fully renovated, spotless, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sea Pines itself is an amazing area, with beautiful scenery and plenty to do. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

Chris was incredibly attentive and accommodating—he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. From quick responses to thoughtful touches, his hospitality really made a difference.

Great family location in Hilton Head! Very easy access to the beach which also happened to be less crowded than down by the main Coligny square (though you can still walk there too!). Outdoor shower was super helpful. Provided some comfy beach chairs and a wagon which was awesome. Fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The pet fee is a little high per dog if you are bringing multiple but overall worth it for the location and fenced yard. Felt private with the landscaping. Inside was well appointed and laid out, really comfortable to relax in every evening. Hot tub was hard to figure out but could have been user error on our part. Overall, would recommend for a great family stay in Hilton Head

Great condo in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Square. Condo was spacious with a great porch overlooking the pool. An added plus was an awesome shower in the master suite!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Pamela’s place with our family of 5! The location was great- tucked away but close to everything we needed by walking or biking. The house is super cute and thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable- even better than the pictures. The pool was awesome- just the right size for our kids and we appreciated the shallow end for our littlest one. We’d come back here in a heartbeat! Also don’t miss getting ice cream at The Ice Cream Cone near Coligny! So good!

All good things to say. Very clean and comfortable as described. Nicely decorated. Simple but had everything needed. Beautiful view. Great location mid-island. Had a very relaxing week. Will definitely be back!

House was exactly as represented and exactly what we were looking for! Check in was easy, instructions were clear and when we had questions staff was extremely responsive. Thank you for a great vacation and great experience!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

Karen was extremely helpful from the very beginning. The home is very clean and has all needed amenities and then some! Looks just like the pictures! The location is great with a park right down the street, Old Town Bluffton less than a mile away and the entire Bluffton Park neighborhood is very walkable and charming. Karen was very responsive and great to work with!

The house was perfect for our large family! It had plenty of bathrooms (and hot water) for quick and easy clean up of the little ones after long days at the beach and on the water. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe! Lots to do in the area all within minutes of the house. The whole family enjoyed the swimming pool. The location offered easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Tracy was wonderful and easy to contact. I’d definitely pick this home again if ever in the area!

Great house for our family vacation over New Years. Heated spa worked great. Short walk from the private beach. Kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!
