The home's exterior boasts a front porch, back deck, gas grill, and two parking spots. Inside, the open-concept living-dining-kitchen area is bright, spacious, modern, and functional. The bedrooms and bathroom have ample built-in storage space, and the comfortable beds sleep up to four guests.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. There are 2 rear parking spaces with downtown shuttle stop located directly in front of property.

The place is a well-appointed studio: small but comfortable for one or two guests. No pets allowed. No smoking inside, of *anything*.
