Morgan’s place is great with picture perfect lake and sunset views. The hosts are very respectful and responsive. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice getaway in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this place as three families (six adults and six kids ages 3–9). The house was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for everyone to relax. The kids loved the variety of games and books available, and we all enjoyed spending time outside—whether it was around the firepit, paddling on the lake, or just letting the kids play around on the grass. The kitchen had what we needed, and there were plenty of towels and linens for all of us. Jessica was communicative, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a fun, easy getaway!

This was a really lovely and comfortable home at a great location! We never left the house and had so many options to stay busy. Loved getting to take advantage of the boating, hot tub, campfire, games, and incredible birdwatching! Thank you for the lovely space.

Kim was a great host. The house was well maintained and filled with sufficient resources required for our family. The backyard is awesome and has ample amount of space to have fun and enjoy. We had minor issues however she was very responsive and fixed those appropriately.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have little ones. Chrissy has it set up to keep them entertained for hours. We spent most of our time in the backyard swinging, playing ball, eating smores at the fire pit. The kayaks and paddle board were great fun and there’s plenty of life preservers to keep them safe. We listened to the birds each morning, watched the cardinals play, saw a cormorant dive for his dinner and even saw a fox and her kits. An enclosed yard with locked gate ensures safety and peace of mind. The foosball table and closet full of toys and books keeps the fun going inside as well. Plenty to do nearby, bluebonnet season is a great time to go! Chrissy was very friendly, responsive and great to rent from. We’ll be back!

The cozy spot was absolutely amazing. Just as advertised. My family and I spent the weekend here, coming from Fl, and we had a wonderful time. I would like to thank Tomas for allowing us to enjoy this gem. My grandkids had a great time with all the board games and while the adults just loved being outside taking in the view of the lake. What an awesome time had by all. Thank you Tomas and Jenny.

I am a repeat customer - was here last month and loved the place to bring other friends back!!! This place is so tranquil and decorations are so carefully designed, it's very fun and relaxing to be your temporary residence. We also love the cat next door, he sure brought a lot of joy when you hung out in the backyard. But he doesn't bother you if you aren't a cat person. We went to Azalea Trail and Dogwood Trail festivals nearby this time and had a great time!
