This 1.5 story home, located on a small family farm, has three bed rooms and two bathrooms with an open living room, dining area and kitchen. Toast marshmallows under the stars, grill burgers on the fire pit, play horseshoes or corn hole, lead your own yoga with our goats, collect eggs from the chickens, relax in a hammock, play tetherball, wander the woods, or head inside and dance to classic Texas country on the record player.

We renovated our office space on the second floor of our Honey House to make a memorable one of a kind vacation stay on our farm. It faces Main Street in the heart of a tiny, Hallmark-type town (population: 300). Downtown is only 1/2 mile away with unique shops, diners, landmarks. Brenham is 8 miles away. Formerly owned by artist Kiki Newmann, the cottage has been known as the “Healing House” for decades. It’s the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, and create cherished memories.

The Shirttail Bunkhouse is located on Shirttail Creek Farm, a working regenerative farm outside of Brenham, TX. Check out our IG @shirttailcreekfarm The Shirttail Bunkhouse is the perfect spot to get away from the city and decompress in the country. Sip your morning coffee from the porch as the farm gets going every day. In the evening grill some steaks out back or head into downtown Brenham to check out several of the great spots our town offers!

Your family will love their stay. The house sits on our family property which is on 10 ac res and it is located next to the owners house. We live on the property with our 3 kids it is a working ranch we have cows , horse, dogs and would love for y’all to come stay.
