We had a terrific weekend at Villa Costa Lotta. The wonderfully designed and thoughtfully appointed house sits on a large block with lots of spots to relax and unwind. Great communication, lots of thoughtful and useful touches. Couldn’t recommend more.

It was great to arrive and find a couple of lights on incase we arrived late. The house was easy to find and the key safe was in a great location. As we walked inside the long passage had some doors running off to 3 large bedrooms and a shared bathroom, the main bedroom had an ensuite that had a very large bath tub in. The beds were soft and the linen was very clean. The house is large and has a beautiful back garden area with a large bird feeder. (take a small packet of bird seed and put in the rotating wheel). The views from the balcony are of nice bush land. The house has a very large common area and the kitchen has everything that you need. Thank you Deb for a loverly house. Warm regards Gary

Perfect spot for a small group country getaway. Great location with gorgeous views from the front porch, plenty of outdoor spaces, and a fire-pit that would be lovely in winter. The main cottage was very cute & cosy while the studio was spacious and airy. All very clean & comfortable with plenty of amenities, rustic touches, and good kitchen/bathroom facilities. Close to town (short walk downhill to shops) but still secluded with lots of greenery. Emma was a great host, gave clear instructions & was quick to respond to messages.

This is a beautiful house in the peaceful neighbourhood that has a close proximity to all you need in Daylesford e.g. supermarket and town area. We highly recommended! Andrew is also proactive and provided a clear instructions and communication for our stay.

The house was really cozy and we had plenty of of room for everyone. The property was beautiful great for a break from the city to connect with nature. The host was great and they accomodated for changes on the amount of people. Overall great experience

We had a lovely stay! The house was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and a lovely fireplace that made the evenings extra special. The large windows brought in so much natural light and offered stunning views of the forest. We especially loved the outdoor deck where we could sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location is truly unique—right in the middle of the forest, completely immersed in nature. It was quiet, private, and a perfect escape from the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to unwind and enjoy a natural, serene setting.

Very comfortable base for our cycling trips on the Great Victorian Rail trail. Good location, very walkable distance to shopping strip (and eating places etc.). Bath came in handy for post-ride aches! Lots of TVs, though you need to download Netflix etc. onto your own devices. Fridge is a little loud (cycles on and off), though the place itself is very quiet with only soft bird-song. Lots of heating in house (we didn't use the split-system cooler, as the weather wasn't hot at all when we were there).

Jim’s is a lovely place to spend a few days. Great location, comfortable bed and well equipped. Loved the rain head shower and the outlook over the rooftops. Very light and clean with a great vibe. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks Jim!

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

这是一个令人惊叹的房子！ 首先，阳台竟然可以看到墨尔本完美的日出和日落，足不出户，270度绝美景观，以下照片都是我手机实拍，回顾他们仍然觉得不可思议。早上可以看到热气球。夜景也非常壮丽。 非常特别的是，阳台BBQ cannot be better! 夜里看着夜景烤肉&在阳台上吃，简直是最难忘的经历之一，第一次来澳大利亚的6岁的儿子兴奋的对着夜空喊出，I love here! 屋内同样非常整洁有品味，餐具和厨房设施质量极佳。很多艺术的细节。主卧电热毯非常舒适，孩子也非常喜爱儿童房。可以看出Jeff和Melinda一家十分热爱生活，爱这里。 房子的位置极佳，旁边就是气势恢宏的战争纪念馆和皇家植物园，后面是阿尔伯特公园和圣基尔达海滩。最重要的是，楼下就是tram站点，在tram主干道上，可以坐很多很多车，去哪里都十分方便。 3楼的泳池和健身房桑拿房很不错，停车场也很不错。 虽然我们走过许多国家、城市和漂亮的房子，但我仍然对这里叹为观止。难以置信的美景和享受。如果有机会，一定会再回来。 总之，PERFECT！

My wife and I walked into this beautiful, spacious apartment and both went “wow!”. Spotlessly clean and tidy, beautifully renovated and decorated and so comfortable and cosy. We stayed for the weekend of the Ballarat Marathon for which it was in a perfect location to walk to the start line with ease. A beautiful cafe 100m away was perfect for us as was an easy walk to the shopping precinct. This place is perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend it or book it again.

What a wonderful experience with a truly thoughtful host. Michelle has created a wonderful home away from home with all the right ‘feels’ and a touch of luxury, she made us feel like valued guests and we were extremely happy with the location and personality within the home .

The apartment is well located with many restaurants and amenities very nearby. There is a Coles supermarket within walking distance. The smaller room in the apartment has not windows that open to the outside but a glass window panel looking into the living room. The apartment is bright, neat and clean. However, you have get the keys from a convenience store about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Not a big issue just have to find a place to temporary park your car to collect the keys, which can be a little challenging in the middle of Melbourne city. Getting to the building carpark and then to the building is a little confusing but Peter provide good instructions. However, we still find ourselves lost getting out of the carpark because there is no clear signages. Overall we have an nice stay and an enjoyable time in Melbourne.

We had a great stay at Steve and Ka Ling's accommodation. Brilliant location in Olinda, walk to the pub, peaceful and private. Bonus to have a spa and pool table. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is some cookware (frypans/saucepans etc) so that you could cook your own meals if wanted. Some rugs and soft furnishings around the lounge area would make it cosier and less echoey. We would recommend this property to others.

What a change of scenery for a family holiday.. and less than an hour outside of Melbourne CBD! We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the tree line from the master bedroom window, and the kids loved exploring the gardens almost as much as our pup. The outdoor space here might be the hidden gem of a stay, as we found spot after spot for memorable family photos. While there were some minor hiccups during our stay, the hosts Deepika and Ravi were far more than accommodating and absolutely wonderful people to communicate with. They really went the extra mile (km?) to ensure we had a lovely visit.. which we most certainly did.

A romantic spot next door to a brewery. A stylish double storey town house with great countryside views. Wildlife nearby. We saw kangaroos up close each day. Loved Helen's service and chats at the brewery. Definitely recommend!

Simply amazing.

What a wonderful place for ladies weekend away. The day spa/massage is just across the road but who needs the spa when we have 2 beautiful spas to ourselves at Brian’s place where we can have food n drink while bathing and listen to birds singing outside. Comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Heating is so nice on cold autumn nights. We didn’t cook but pots, pans and everything there if you want to cook up a storm. The decking is where we love the most. Just the sound of birds with no people. We saw kangaroos at the front early morning when we walked to get our coffee (3 mins away). We had a lovely weekend staying at Brian’s and surely there will be more stay coming up. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

We booked blackwood for our wedding anniversary. I was looking for a lux 2 night escape that felt dreamy and romantic and this is exactly what we got! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was able to be made dark allowing us to have long sleep ins (which is something we never get!) the thoughtful touch of the cheese board came in very hand while taking a soak in the spa! The accomodation was situated right in the heart of sassafras which is home to lovely little cafes and specialty stores (although the town is very sleepy until 10am) If you are going to this area we recommend the bakery ‘Proserpina’! Amazing pastries 🥐 and ‘The pig and whistle’ was a great pub night out. Thank you for such lovely accommodation we had a very memorable weekend x

Spent 2 nights La Boheme. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is in the middle of nature with plenty of wildlife. The highlight was definitely the regular kangaroos bouncy past the house. The location is perfect with plenty to do and plenty to see.

House was clean and tidy, had a really nice warmth as soon as you walked in the front door. Amber was super easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early upon request which was awesome, and we appreciated a lot! Spa was great to be in on a cold night with a full view of the stars in the sky. Our favourite part of the whole house had to be the couch in the living area, it was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Really had a fantastic time, would come back again definitely.
