Enjoy a screened private deck with outdoor furniture, comfy beds (a king or 2 singles) , 2 lounge chairs, a compact well-equipped kitchen- hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven), a cafe style dining table , a good sized TV, and a tiled modern bathroom. Off street parking & bike lockup. Free WIFI, no cleaning fee. No children under 10.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor private bath under twinkling stars, and experience the night time sounds of nature. The stand alone Hutch is 5m from our home in an established garden. There are Continental breakfast supplies for the first two mornings of your stay.
