First time visiting the Island with our family from the UK. We had originally planned to stop on Waikīkī but after son-In law had a look around He found this Gem of a place. Which was perfect for him as an avid surfer to see the world famous beaches! We were so glad that we changed our plans and stopped on the North Shore instead! Amazing beaches. Great local food/Food Trucks. The apartment itself is great and a nice private complex! Hosts wonderful from start to Finish! A long trip from the UK but 100% worth it to experience the history/cultures and everything the Island has to offer! Will be booking to come back next year once we get home to the UK that's for sure!

we spent a week in Matthew's place and would be happy to come back on a future trip. The house is large and full of good stuff - games, kitchen stuff, and more. The immediate surroundings are beautiful as is the view from the porch. Matthew is extremelya helpful and thoughtful. He really cared that we will enjoy our stay. Indeed a five star host. Ocean view is about 90 mins from Kona airport. I suggest not arriving at dark the first time - the area is dark and following the maps app we entered one driveway too early - backing up at darkness was scary. Make sure to follow Matthew's instructions and not just the app. The driveway to the house is not fully paved. However, after you see the way once at daylight it becomes easier. overall, we could use the place as a most comfortable place from which we could reach volcano national park several times and many beaches. it was good to be back to a cosy place at night. We would be happy to do this again!

The most perfect and homey cottage in an unbelievable location on our favorite part of the island, with friendly farm companions as a great bonus. Fast wifi for anyone who needs to work. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate to use the pool but looked lovely (even nicer than photos). Cannot recommend enough.

We had a great stay at Anna’s condo unit, which placed us very close to the Waikiki strip and Ala Moana mall. One of the best things was walking across the street to the Hilton lagoon and Waikiki Beach. The condo was as advertised and had great views from both lanais. It was very clean and it even worked out to check in a bit early! A bit of patience is required for the elevators, depending on the time of day. We had a great stay overall and would stay again!

This stay was pure perfection. Waking up each morning just steps away from the ocean, with cruise ships gliding in against the sunrise, felt like living in a postcard. The home itself was pristine, stylish, and clearly curated for guests who appreciate comfort and beauty. Every touch from the well stocked kitchen to the cozy lanai for morning coffee- made the experience feel first-class. The host was outstanding: responsive, without being intrusive, making the entire trip seamless. If you're dreaming of an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway, this is the place. Very convenient and comfortable, well-appointed. The condo is on the shady side of the complex, which might be an important advantage in the summer months; it was not an issue now, although it was hard to find a sunny space to dry shoes. The general aspect was very pleasant, with very easy access to the beach, which is gently sloped and has calm waves. Easy highway access to drive to other places. The ceiling fans keep the rooms feeling cool; we were always comfortable. The (patio? lanai?) outside the living room was an extremely pleasant place to sit. The instructions warned about ants, but we saw none. Possibly the season, or the fact that we didn't cook much. The one thing I could have wished for was some specification in the description about the hardness of the mattresses. Preferences on this vary; we prefer very firm mattresses and these were somewhat soft, which caused problems for my wife's back.
