You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

Hatteras Happy Times

Adorable cottage with SPECTACULAR views! Located on a quiet dead end street in the heart of Hatteras Village. There is so much to do, but the view is so great you might not want to leave. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!

Mark’s Bunker

Nestled high up in the pines of Frisco this conveniently located home is perfect for fisherman, small families and water sportsman looking for a secluded space on Cape Hatteras. 5 minute drive to the frisco bathhouse beach and just 10 to the Cape Hatteras light house. Enjoy the open concept living, dining/kitchen area and screened in porch as well as open air deck with ample seating. Mark’s Bunker is located off highway 12 and is surrounded by over 5 acres of undeveloped marshlands.

Waterman’s Delight - Soundfront 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo

Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast looking to experience waterfront living, OBX style! Just renovated, this bright and airy condo boasts beautiful views of the sunset over the Pamlico Sound. The spacious layout accommodates up to four people with a king master bedroom and open loft queen bedroom. The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

CABANA - HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
