Elegant and private canal home, allowing you to experience everything that Mandurah has to offer. Watch dolphins swim past in your back yard, catch crabs off the jetty, use the kayaks to head into town, go fishing or just relax and read one of the many books in the parents retreat, or sun room, watch a movie, play cards or head down to the beach. When you stay at Magnolia Cottage, Dwellingup you will find a Mid-Century cottage which retains its rustic charm but has been revitalized and extended with a huge kitchen, large outdoor covered entertainment area, renovated modern bathroom, and 2 toilets. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Wood fire and electric blankets for cosy winter nights.
