Amazing place. Felt like home. Perfect spot for a skipping day to day busy life from Sydney. Pool and spa was add d advantage. Sahra was responsive host and kept all things needed for a stay.

The cottage at the Wanderers retreat was great. Exactly what we were looking for to unwind and the hot tub certainly helped with that. The host was very responsive and met us to orientate us with the place. One Mile Beach is an easy walk and a spectacular spot.

Beautiful place, pool is close by. There were Kangaroos and other animals around us all the time. Hosts prepared sticks against mosquitoes, so sitting on the deck was peaceful and we were not disturbed by insects. There were 2 thunderstorms so we couldn't visit pool every day as planned, so spa was a beautiful alternative. Good phone coverage as well (that surprised all of us). thank you

We had great stay. Thankfull for the extreme good ramp they made for my wheelchair. Swimming pool and spa are a bonus the place needs. Trips to Port Macquairie and Kempsey.

Had an amazing and restful time. The price was amazing for the accomodations and the location is so beautiful. Loved having our own hot tub!

Really lovely night away in the country! Our dog loved running free around the property and our toddler enjoyed the little forest trail walk, feeding the goats and he enjoyed the ducks. We added a lovely farmers brekkie hamper to our booking which we really enjoyed too. Thank you ☺️

We stayed at Ned’s place for a night on our way up to Byron bay with our toddler and doggie it was a great half way spot from Sydney and easy location close to the main road yet far enough to feel like a country get-away. We were greeted by two lovely doggies and our dog was instantly excited. We also visited the goats and ducks they were very friendly and tame. Our toddler really enjoyed seeing the animals and running around in the farm land. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Except a high chair. We took our own travel cot but also kindly got offered to borrow one. I would highly recommend this for a night or two if you are looking for a peaceful country stay.

The house was just as it is advertised on Airbnb. It was quite spacious for 6 adults and the big wide verandahs was great with lots of stormy weather. Access to the pool and tennis court was great to get in a bit of exercise. The pool table and darts also got a workout . A great 3 days for a get together of old friends.

Perfect place for an escape! Glenn’s space was a great retreat from city life. Although weather stopped us using the pool, it was the perfect excuse to stay indoors, light the log fire and enjoy a bottle of wine from nearby wineries. The accommodation was comfortable, on beautiful grounds. Glenn was helpful and responsive and the added touches of fresh eggs in the morning and introductions to the cute dogs was welcomed!

Had a lovely stay at the Cottage. Comfy bed in well appointed and spacious surrounds and truly welcoming for our fur baby.

My husband and had the pleasure of spending a week at the cottage to relax and rejuvenate after a very busy month. The location is perfectly serene and peaceful. Our hosts were very responsive and ensured that the cottage was well stocked. Everything we needed was there, and Sam assured us that if we needed anything that she could help us out. The fully fenced yard was thoroughly enjoyed by our labradoodle. She had fun trying to figure out exactly what the fluffy animals with beards and horns were all about (friendly goats). We loved the space that offered a range of views and areas to relax and read in. We also enjoyed the walks and the peaceful sounds of nature, including the soothinfg sound of the rapids from the surrounding creeks (there had just been a lot of rain and plenty of water flowing). I highly recommend anyone who wants to spend time in nature with all the luxuries of a comfy bed, cozy fire pit and a clawfoot tub to take the time to escape to the valley cottage.

This was the first time we have stayed here it was a wonderfull place to stay very clean and everything you would need.Thank you also for allowing us to have our little fur baby.Would highly recommend this place

A lovely getaway from the big city. You’re surrounded by beautiful valleys. Paul’s place was everything we expected. Our dog also loved it. The place is modern with plenty of natural light that makes it feel very spacious. Instructions and comms was also on point. Definitely recommend this place those seeking some peacefulness and quiet time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering great recommendations for local spots and checking in to make sure all was well. The property itself was stunning! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host and a lovely property. Will definitely return!

It was a great stay at Driftwood Cottage. Beautiful surroundings, and everything we needed was there. The place was clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the peaceful vibe and how close it was to nature. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

The accommodation was very comfortable and very well set up. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The location was quiet and peaceful yet not too far from the M1 which made it a perfect place to break my journey north. I could see that it would also be an excellent spot for a longer holiday since it is so well equipped and well located. Margeurite and her husband were lovely hosts yet respected my privacy. They were also kind enough to allow me to have my cavoodle inside. I would definitely stay again.

Top spot! Minutes to town but feels like your miles away. Peaceful and secluded. Very comfortable cabin. Heaps of room for kids to roam wild in nature. Next time need to stay for longer! Thanks.

The cottage house stay is located in a prime quiet peaceful place. Rebecca has been a lovely host throughout our stay and very responsive if any questions need to be asked. The house stay was perfect for our trip as we came from Sydney. The place is exactly as described in photos. The house has extra towels and has utensils for cooking. The place is very clean and perfect for a getaway for a weekend. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone having a trip to the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Character filled house with comfy beds, beautiful linen, and lots of character. It is bigger than it seemed in the photos. Lots of interesting curios around the house, a well stocked kitchen and loads of books and games. We all had a lovely stay and enjoyed being able to spread out more than our house in Sydney. Wow what a get away with the family. As soon as we walked in to river Haus it was a breath of fresh air. It was beautiful, quiet and free of clutter and mess. With its inviting nature, the property performed outstandingly well for our two kiddos who could run around the house and venture outside with all gates closed. The swing out front, toys inside, comfortable beds and beautiful bath and shower were fantastic. Also wonderful to have washer dryer available even for the weekend. Sheridan and her husband were lovely to deal with upon arrival. Sheridan provided further recommendations and we went to all of the cafes, deli’s and shops available in town and surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough. Definitely the best Airbnb we have been too, by far!!

The place is very nice and the area is quiet. The beach is close and there are a few cafes around.

Beautiful cottage with a great view, very relaxing

Fantastic Place. Loved absolutely everything. Huge bonus that we could have our beloved doggo with us. The pool and Tennis court were well used by us as was the back verandah where we ate, played games and just chilled. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Went away for a few nights with some friends and the accommodation was absolutely beautiful, clean and well furnished! There were plenty of books, games, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and kitchen amenities which made the trip very easy and fun. The location was so peaceful and quiet and the drives to the beaches were really pretty views of the lake passing lots of beautiful farmland. Luisa was an amazing host giving lots of local recommendations and giving very easy instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and will be 100% going back!
