This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets, parties, get togethers involving non-guests/event photos. MNSTR Permit # 500803. We are not permitted to rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into Airbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. My place is close to The Natchez Trace and historic Leipers Fork. You’ll love my place because the private, cozy cabin is situated on a 20 acre farm. You will have a fireplace and a large screened in porch. Very quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, outdoor folks, bicyclers, and business travelers.
