Jacob was a great host. I understand it is a new property for him. There is a few things that need to be done updated he was willing to do that while I was there was no big deal for my stay, but I know he will have those things done before his next guests are scheduled everything was absolutely perfect. Five star

Celebrated our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Gary was right there to greet us at our arrival and chatted with my parents making them feel special and at ease. Property is exactly as it is portrayed in photos. Clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing all around! The sunsets were amazing! The family has taken great memories with us for a lifetime. Thank you Gary and Poshpadz!!!

Jessica and Brad couldn't have been more friendly. Their home was spotless with lots of extras. It had a beautiful view of the lake. Greg even loaned me a pole to try and catch a fish by their dock. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The large kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting at the dining table chatting. We got the low down on the area for activities and dining from Greg. The Farmer's Market is a must. Most of our activities were in Sebring so we will need to get back and see more of Lake Placid. Thank you for a wonderful time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, clean, with spacious front and back yard. We will definately be returning when visiting family on that side of town.

Me and My family had an Amazing time!!! We Loved the house!!! It is so cozy and has everything you need!!! The amenities were top-notch, and the host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. Communication was seamless! Great house to stay in for our spring break. Clean and updated home that matched the listing. Really enjoyed our stay and was a good location to stay and visit the Tampa area. Would stay here again.

This is not the first time I have stayed in this house. A very cozy house and conveniently located.
